We're on the same page mate.My hybrids wer £2500 fitted.I nearly had a canary!I have just added an Aeromotive fpr with Earl lines inc.fuel dampener bypass ,650 PE injectors and e-manage blue.A turbo,manifold and 3"downpipe and i think i'm away.Have just about everything else inc RLTC.No more cash left though.Time will come.

Your probably right.You do have to budget for better brakes and suspension though.Going extra rapid with poor brakes and creaky springs and dampers is no use.RLTC is no bad thing either.

I would post pics,both of the wheels and my car but being computer illiterate i don't know how to.Help?

I was down this road last year.To go single properly,with no side effects,it woud cost around 10K.I put hybrids on built by AET and the car is flying at 1.4 bar.If you have the wherewithall go single.I have built a system that now could take something like a T62 or 63(plus a couple more bits);but it has been expensive(also i'm married.)Ian C and Kopite and others kept me right.Don't take shortcuts,get the proper parts for the job:you'll still have headaches,just not migraines.

Had the wheels off the car and found them marked JAWA.They are 18" two piece 'mesh' design.Had a look at the JAWA site and discovered it stands for Japanese Light Alloy Wheel Association(the rims are alluminium).I was going to buy others;now i think i will have them refurbished as they seem to to be a good wheel.There are various other code marks which all correspond to the ones on rhe site.Anyone know anything more about them?

How about a fade spray job?One colour at the bottom,fading to another colour for the main colour.Say A deep,deep crimson in flip along the bottom sides and front and rear valances,fading into black,also in a flip colour for the main car.You could get some great combinations.Would be expensive though.Crackin' motor!

I was in Dublin not long ago and had no problem finding super unleaded.How about Millers octane plus.I use it with super;goes great.

I've had my auto for year now.Its nothing like i expected.My previous car was a Calibra turbo with about 310-320 bhp and a paddle clutch.So when i changed i thought i was going to be a little disappointed.Coudn't have been more wrong.The auto box is superb.Trundle aroud and it is smooth and gentle.Put the hammer down and it will rev to red line in every gear.Learn to use the box and you will not regret it.Don't forget:you don't have to put it into manual mode to get response.Just move between 1st and D,almost like a sequential box.Be careful on the up changes:it takes just a nudge to move the lever;too hard and your in neutral or reverse!The bloke that set my boost controller up was a dab hand at it.Acceleration was ferocious.Good luck.
