Peter, you need bit more to fit UK turbos to a J-spec - iirc you need the manifold and the ceramicy valve type thingy as well as the downpipe. Though if you're going single, I'd imagine you could supply those too

If you've got a multimeter, check the battery voltage across the terminals with the car engine running. Might be that the alternator isn't chraging the battery as well as it could. Also check the voltage between the terminals with the engine off, and check with someone cranking the engine. i had a similar problem with an Exide Maxxima battery (or whatever the hell the thing was called - big blue bastard!). When I checked the voltage whilst cranking, it was dropping to 4.3V which would indicate that some doobries inside that I don't know much about have busted! Hence why it wouldn't hold much charge either.

Is it the ones that hold the frame bit in place that the two packs screw into? If so, PM me your address and I'll sling one in the post

There would have to be a massive improvement with public tarnsport before they can stop people using tehre cars - buses are rare, smelly, unpleasant, and take too long, and trains are similar but massively over-priced for anyone who wants to use one at a normal time - ie commuting time!
