Does the front picture show a big beer belly? I'm just starting up with the weights, but I'm trying to lose (a lot of) fat as well which kinda limits my diet. I've read that I should aim to take in at least 1.5g of protein per kg of body weight for building muscle - is that right? Only i've also been told that I should just eat as much protein as possible throughout the day and night, but no more than 30g per 3 hour sitting. That said, I'll never be keen enough on body-building to get up in the middle of the night for a protein snack!

If they don't bother to take the time to set the record straight on the forum, and then threaten to take away the club itself then they have, imho, tarnished their own reputation. The difficult situation is one that they have, in part, lumped on themselves. As for me, I've barely seen a helpful / technical / informative contribution from Thor since I joined the forum. I'm sure they're probably all decent blokes who know a hell of a lot about cars and don't particularly like computers, but their PR, or lack thereof, is painting them in an altogether different picture.

Ah, I see. You could do with extra width on the back though, to put that power down - common wheel width for the back is generally around 9.5

you should be able to get a discount for limited mileage, and also someone like Lancaster (iirc) offers classic car policies for cars more than 10 years old.

I doubt the celica wheels will fit mate, they're mostly 5x100 PCD whereas the Supra is 5x114.3 Welcome to the club

I've seen it before on the forum (myself included) where people are pulling bits out ere and there and need a decent blanking cap, such as fitting a 2nd hand HKS BOV or similar. The facing of the discs should bedependent on the angle of the venting inside them, in that its hould beexpelling air rather than tring to scoop it in.

I'm having something similar on standard boost, but only occasionally. I'll be changing the plugs, coil packs, fuel filter and fuel pump in a couple of weeks though and seeing if that helps at all. -
