I really fail to see what right the USA thinks it has in trying to dictate to any foreign power what they can or cannot allow their own citizens to access in the internet. As for Clinton's statement "those who disrupt the free flow of information in our society, or any other, pose a threat to our economy, our government and our civil society." China are not disrupting the free flow of information in YOUR society, so BUT OUT woman!

Which unfortunately closed back in Feb '05. What's Avatar like in 3D in a normal cinema? Do you have to wear stupid glasses and do they fit over normal specs?

It'll probably already be set Peter, but you need to login to your email account at the Virgin website: http://www.virginmedia.com/account/sign-in.php?bounceto=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.virginmedia.com%2Ffiles%2Fntl%2Fredir.php%3Fto%3Dwebmail Then look under the Settings tab for the Spam Mail settings. The settings I get are Don't filter spam Delete incoming spam Place in Spam folder Deliver to inbox labelled as Spam

Out of curiosity, I went into my email account via the web and turned off the spam filter for a while. Wow - what a difference - NTL (Virgin) are trapping about 50 or so spam emails a day in each account! I still get one or two slip through but thank goodness they're filtering first.

I think Sky are labelling all their Sky1 shows as Sky1HD these days. Most of their adverts for current shows are billed Sky1HD even though they're on both. It seems to be some sort of incentive to upgrade (and looking Trev's post it seems to be causing the necessary confusion). However - if it is HD only then I might as well switch to Virgin and save myself a bundle each month. Sky will have 'lost' me as a customer.

Those drivers are famous for being 'a bit dodgy' with their deliveries. I ordered from one site recently which actually gave me the option of opting out of having them deliver my order!

Don't hold your breath. If they're "in the process of preparing funding bids", I can't see it being approved in the current financial climate.
