A few more pics. So A70TTR said this one is different from the one seen at Goodwood. It is indeed the US spec model.

I know when they have spoke about the three brothers with the Supra being the big big brother, with the 86 in the middle, interested to see if the corolla will be the youngest or do they have something else?

/QUOTE]

The Corolla is just the new Auris.

That bonnet looks new too, cant remember seeing that big vent in the middle of it before.

Is that actually a bonnet vent across the middle or are my eyes getting totally messed up with that stupid camo wrap?!

Ok, so we can expect another sports car to come from Toyota :)

/QUOTE]

I'd imagine the MR2 will get a remake.

Just hope its better built than my new BMW which keeps going into bloody limp mode!
Haha hopefully.

Reliability is so important, Which is my thoughts on the whole collaboration between the two companies.

Toyota for too long hasn't made a performance engine (keeping lexus, grmn and other racing division out of it) but BMW have continued to do so, so makes sense for Toyota to harness that and in return give the reliability and quality control that Toyota is known for

Cant fault my E46, does everything i need it to do and touch would i'm into my 5th year

of owning it and only had a front brake caliper partially seize

All of my previous BM's bar servicing have been fault free but then they've all been from

a better era as far as reliability etc is concerned

BMWs are overrated. As an owner myself I would say I won’t own one again, if I wanted a luxury saloon in future, I’d go Lexus.

I wouldn't go that far... but all German car brands are held on this mythical pedestal of greatness.

I too would look at Lexus but I just don't like like the design of the current IS - I did drive the previous IS model which was ok, and that was a 2.2 TD which was nice and nippy. I think they are doing some very cool things in their higher priced models though.
