I'm wanting the car mapped properly after all the work and money that's gone into it so far getting it to the stage it's at just now. And to be fair, a month is a pretty short waiting list for mapping a standalone. I had one lined up but he let me down and this is where I've ended up. I can appreciate that. Personally id rather wait and go with a guy that's had loads of feedback and that you trust to do it. I took my car to Surrey on a trailer to be mapped. There is a lot of good mappers out there but if you have spent an absolute bomb on your car you want the best for person possible to map it. Some guys have insurance on their dynos some guys don't. I went to 3 garages in the top half of the country and start of August was the best I could get. Other places could do it but reputation played a big factor like Tony said. The further south I go, the more money I'll be throwing into trailer costs too. I'm never going to get the car mapped in a week so I can live with a month. Glasgow meeting point would be 0630-0640hrs either at Quay BK or at the Showcase. Showcase may be better for those coming from the north of the city? No refunds from the organiser so they get offered up to anyone who wants to go. If you want to contact him and refund him directly that's something you can organise directly mate.
