Good news,

Yesterday I cant sleep, I woke up at 4AM and going to garage to check the last thing.

Im thinking that its strange to blew two valve seats of 2 cilinders together, so I check If I introduce air in the 5th cylinder, and heard the air in the 4th cylinder. And YES!! I hear it, so its a blown headgasket, no valve seats, I going to repair the head and build it, new headgasket, ARP Studs, porting it, everything...

Good news for sure!!! :) :)

I hope thats the case mate but toyota went to some lengths to not make the same mistakes with the mkiv as they did with the mkiii being known for headgasket failure.

If you have a blown your head gasket it will be the first I have heard in my 9 years of ownership. The head has to come off anyway so all will be revealed in the comming weeks, best of luck with it shame you never really got to use the set up to its potential

Its headgasket obviously! I apply air in the 5th cylinder and heard the air in the 4th, so probably blown studs or anything like this, after the head come off I'll see the real damages, with the camera inside the cylinders, there's no damages.

Thinking about purchasing a new intake manifold :)

Amazing build. doing the fuel lines was it quiet easy? Did you do it yourself or with your mechanic?

Amazing car great build good luck with the engine build going to be wild! :)

I purchase all the fuel lines from PHR, only need to cut an extra-long fuel line in the trunk, but easy job, in my past car I make my own fuel system home-made, with parts from Summit, and... Never again hahahaha

All the jobs in the car are doing by myself and my mechanic friend working together. :)

Thanks for you good luck wishes, obviously I need it!

Perfect setup matey.

I would go for 3" piping for the FMIC.

You won't be using E85 in the future?

Yes, 3" piping for FMIC its a good idea, I should consider that. , and for sure, new intake manifold, exhaust manifold, 4" Exhaust hahahaha but too much money in less than a year invested in the car and I have the feel that I've never fully enjoy my toy at 100%, you know?

And E85 its not available yet in my island, probably at the end of this year BP introduced some E85 for pump.

But for now only pump fuel :(
