You could plate it and pop rivet it with a bead of Tiger seal between the two as a sealer and bond, , nothing else will really be strong enough as the two skins flex now,

They don't feel like they flex to be honest both skins are solid.

I could try the pop rivet method but I won't be able to rivet the outer skin as the over fender is bonded on and in the way.

Also if I weld it the outer skin will get too hot and warp the fibreglass bonding the over fender on.

Have you removed the rear shock and jacked it up with the wheel on to see how much clearance you have now mate?

I haven't no but I'll give that a go tomorrow it looks like there is a lot more room now. It should make a massive difference.

Use zip ties :p

Great results though :) commented on facefail looked savage on the dyno and to think theirs so much more from the motor it self :p

Thanks bud, the turbo is maxed out at 906rwhp which is a VERY good output especially at only 1.8 bar.

I'd cry if he done that lol.

All the drifters do it ;)

Have you seen the sheds some of the drifters drive

If you use Zip ties anywhere on this car any member of this forum will take your keys from you lol. Coming from the man who cable tied his exhaust on last weekend at Donnington because the exhaust rubbers failed :D

I just realized something Kaan.

You maxed out your turbo at 906 rhhp. As your turbo is rated 990 bhp, that's 10% loss.

Mine was maxed out at 840 rhhp. My turbo is rated 930 bhp, which is also 10%.

So the SRD treatment is spot on :)

I think the rating is that the engine hp mate so it's more of a gain on the rated power :)

That bay is stunning, great work to all those involved and well done to you for funding it can't have been cheap but I'm sure it's worth the time and money :)

Amazing work by SRD there seems to be a more impressive bay each year back when hodge built his I didn't think there would be anything to match it and them Rob Mitchell came out with the big twin gold rush car and now there's yours.

Keep the pictures coming.
