drift_bear Posted August 11, 2017 Author Share Posted August 11, 2017 So I finally took off the fuel tank cover to give it a clean up and paint, it's not the best job but it will do for just now. Also thought I would start to clean up the brakes and give them a paint (didn't get any after pics of the 1 I done until the wheel was on), I also got custom brake calliper decals made up so will get them fitted shortly. Lastly I thought I would drop it off the stands and see how she is sitting after 10months in the air... Should be getting my front bumper back this weekend and will get that fitted up. I'm not wanting it to be "in your face" I am also going to get coilovers I think, I really need to take it down lower and fill the arches perfect... just need to decide what Ones to go for! drift_bear Posted September 8, 2017 Author Share Posted September 8, 2017 So I finally got round to collecting the bumper tonight for the supra, so I test fitted that back on along with the lights and bonnet. I also mocked up the front led and it actually looks awesome! I will get round to finishing off the interior and wiring for the lights over the weekend and then start to iron out the final things! drift_bear Posted September 30, 2017 Author Share Posted September 30, 2017 Had a few hours today, so got round to starting the rear seat delete, can’t thank my good friend Steve enough for helping so far! Hopefully we will finish it another day once we get the rest of the wood. The centre section will be used as storage. With the carpet just thrown over to get a rough idea Also grabbed a few pics while I had the main door open for once and the sun was hitting the purple, actually forgot how nice it looks in the sun with the Gold contrast! The car gets collected on Wednesday and taken up to a local performance garage, it will get the clutch checked and then a check over to make sure it is all ready to go for mapping the day it gets picked up will mark 1 year it’s been off the road and the project was started Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

drift_bear Posted November 2, 2017 Author Share Posted November 2, 2017 Well that’s the Supra away to its new home in Holland! After 3 Supra’s and 7 years of Supra ownership it’s now come to an end. I have had the chance to travel all over the uk meeting fellow owners and attending some of the biggest shows the uk has to offer! There is something about these cars that you honestly can’t describe unless you have owned one, it will take something special to tempt me back into a Supra in the future, but it will no doubt happen at some point! I just want to thank everyone over the years that have helped in various ways from supplying parts to partying hard! I will still be part of the Supra community as it’s one of the best I have ever been involved with, I will also still be making events such as dragonball, wroxall and most importantly JAE!
