So the bay is going to have massive changes over the coming weeks, also got a selection of other new bits being thrown at it.

Want the bay to really stand apart from most other NA bays.

So I have the rocker covers pictured above,

The engine bay boxes are getting there,

The pulleys

Going to paint the injector rail candy red

And here is the new intake, 199, all pipes painted in metallic dark red, and all bolts and brackets black. Most of the casting marks have been removed too,

Looks good mate, keep it NA!

I'm doing something similar with my engine bay although the parts are currently red, I was deliberating going 199 to match the car too but think I'm going to go for something a little wilder. Florescent or something.

She will be Na-t one day, ive kind off ruled out going TT now. Too many horror stories and I don't have the ££ to be rebuilding an unknown block. Most of this cars has been replaced apart from internals anyway so I know it to be a good car. But for the foreseeable future it will stay as is, as ive just moved to a house so all car funds have since gone. Priorities and that.

@kendoskeg11 go for it will keep an eye on your thread.

Thanks Rog I sanded the intake by hand to get it started then my dad finished it off with the electric sanders to removing the castings, some have been left but the majority removed.

This thread is coming back to life properly now, I've had no internet for ages, and the car took a back seat while I moved in to our new place, but now we are settled, internet is up and running, and I have a stack of ever growing parts waiting to hit the car.

I submitted the car for the NEC motorshow and looks like I'm lucky enough to be one of the 6 cars on the stand and I will be representing the NA's of the supra world, so I want the car looking her best, as she going to be going up against some insane compotation.

The first thing to change is going to be the engine bay. Next will be getting the wheels looking good.
