  1. The difference is where the MAF attaches to the airbox, this is my UK spec
  2. Doesn't the MAF just bolt to the airbox the same way it does on a UK spec ? If so i have a complete UK airbox with both the top and bottom air feeds in the for sale section
  3. Looks a tidy car, keep the stock airbox
  4. I'd be spending time and money on the brakes first unless they have been replaced or refurbished. Brake lines and calipers are prone to failing now their getting old
  5. Keep the stock airbox set up that has 2 cold air feeds from outside the engine bay and use either stock filter with Apexi or a K & N panel filter. The exhaust will depend on whether you want noise or not and if you plan to up the boost to around 1.2 bar
  6. Yep CW = Chris Wilson
  7. CW possibly isn't too far from you and could be worth calling I'd refurb both rears though or replace both and i'd have a good look at the fronts at the same time
  8. No your fine doing one at a time
  9. You use the old pads and lever in all the pistons at the same time
  10. USE Brake cleaner it will remove the WD40 much quicker and better than soap and water !
  11. You should use brake cleaner, you can buy it from Halfords in handy spray tins same size as your WD40 tin It evaporates unlike WD40 and i wouldn't use a wire brush anywhere near the piston seals, a new toothbrush does the job and wont damage the seals I'd clean them again if it were me

    BPU Question

I don't have a picture of them but they fit here where i've put the red lines, as soon as you remove the plastic top cover they will be very obvious While changing these i'd replace the cam cover seals as well as they will also be very hard and possibly on the verge of leaking unless they have been replaced, along with the two main seals there are 16 seal washers you should replace at the same time. If you do these be careful torquing up the bolts as the cam covers can crack quite easily and are a very low torque figure around 8 nm

    BPU Question

I'd go to a local garage that doesn't charge high rates and get anything you can't do done there, such as exhaust and de cat fitting which is much easier on a ramp. The rest is easy and diy if you can twirl a spanner and do simple wiring. I'd get a set of coil pack connectors before you change the plugs unless you know they've been changed as these go very brittle and tend to fall apart. Fit new crossover breather pipes as well as they also go rock hard, its much easier to just replace them, these go between the two cam covers.
  14. Why don't you start your own thread Yasser ?
  15. You need to remove all the old sealer then re seal with new, something like sikaflex Give Ibrar a call at Speedwells to see which sealer he uses (details in the traders section)
  16. You can still get the zz3's, had them on the front of my supra and thought they were pretty good for the money, easily as good as Falken 452's
  17. Page AC-44 in the AC pdf there are 3 x O rings Call Steve Manley, he should be able to help you without part numbers
  18. I've no idea mate to be honest but you'd have thought there would be brackets etc to mount each end to the bonnet and inner wing.
  19. Glad to try to help, hope your having a nice birthday
