  1. I wouldn't skim them and just fit new if you think its the discs. I'd also be inclined to fit new pads at the same time. If you do get them skimmed i'd be inclined to grind them I'd be checking the caliper pistons very closely to see if any are binding/sticking I never warped a uk disc in 15 yrs inc a few trackdays I'd have thought there would be obvious signs on the disc face to be making this noise

    Где в России вы?
  4. Too expensive, i'm thinking one of the cheap local drive though paintshops we have here in B'ham would be ideal
  5. Just get a cheap na and paint it orange job done

    Headlights :)

Good job and as above facelifts are plastic and around £500, uk are glass and around £300
  7. Each to their own. Not my cup of tea but i've seen worse.

I would get a pressure test done on the cooling system Check page C0-18 in the attached pdf CO.pdf

Whats a mother bottle ? LOL It can only be one of a few things It has a leak somewhere It is losing it via the combustion cylinders Block or head has a crack Coolant is pushed out the rad via the cap when hot to the expansion tank but not drawing it back in when it cools Did you fit a new stock pressure rad cap ?

    Water loss

You could get a garage to do a coolant pressure test on it. Do you have an expansion tank ? Has this problem started since you replaced the rad etc ?
  11. Yep that was a nice burger and nice chips

Check for leaks and if you can't find any get a sniff test done for exhaust gas in the coolant Check the passenger foot well incase the matrix has a leak but 2 litres in such a short time should be pretty obvious as the system only holds just short of 10 Was it okay before you changed the rad and hoses ?
  13. I made my own as i refuse to pay stupid money for a crap filter and short bit of bent pipe. Apexi or K&N filters are way better than the old HKS one in that kit. I bought my Apexi filters from http://www.frsport.com way cheaper than anywhere else and i got very service from them
  14. Personally if it were mine i'd bin it and fit stock with maybe nice lip.
  15. Depends what state its in as to what it will cost hence they want to see it Just a repaint in a straight forward colour is approx £200 depending where you go, some places will paint a whole car for under £1k but god knows how good it'll be
  16. I'd start with the obvious parts first What state is the distributor cap in (inside) ? are the ht leads in need of replacing ? the plugs ? are the injectors working correctly ? Do a leak down/ compression test as well Do the plugs that get wet work in the cylinders that don't get wet

    Advice

Always make sure your packages are insured, it seems no matter how well you wrap something up a courier can break it or lose it.
  18. £340 is taking the p*** They should cost about £200, there's no need to shot blast them, you get them chemi stripped in phosphoric acid then clean up any damage then powder coat
  19. Surely you don't need a part number for that, most dealers i use never ask me for them.
  20. TRD is a really nice wheel to drive with and looks great imo
