  1. I think it's the best sounding exhaust on a Supra, and great price!
  2. Hey Jo, I recognise a few faces in those photo's! First photo I'm sure is Adi. The second photo I can spot SteveR and Doug (ClassOne).
  3. Burna

    Winter use?

What country do you live in? Because in the UK you can tax it online for say 12 months, use the car, then go back online before the end of the month and declare it SORN again. You will then get refunded 11 months
  4. It's a second hand part at the end of the day, you make the saving but take your chances. Only you can weigh up if the saving is worth the risk, or worth buying brand new with the hope of some come back if it breaks, but tbh you don't get any comebacks on failed turbos either way.
  5. Yes the j-spec ceramics spool up quicker, but the UK steel turbos have more torque top end, j-spec cars and UK cars were built for different applications.
  6. @raddysI'd buy this set if I were you mate.
  7. Sure there is, but originally you were talking about a hobbyist re-producing them with a home printer. Now you're going down the lines of expert industrial printers. For £60 you can get a set of proper injection moulded self lubricating gears! It's cheap as chips! I'd charge that per gear! It's just not worth the hassle of making them for nothing. But if you can find a busy fool with an industrial printer that's willing to produce them then please post up your findings
  8. I think that is cheap! And they are proper injection moulded parts. After designing and modelling them, then printing them, and the very limited numbers that would sell, I would sell them for a hell of a lot more than that! Also personally don't think they would be strong enough 3D printed.
  9. Looking at the edit history it was £30,000, then it went to £28,000. I'll take a guess and say it sold for £25k?
  10. They don't, they have one big cooler in the wing that j-specs don't. The one in the rad is a heat exchanger, not a cooler. It's to help bring the autobox fluid up to correct operating temperature
  11. PS4's all the way mate. Try Camskill, they always seem the cheapest for me.
  12. Nice spec In regards to the custom front mount intercooler to leave the active spoiler in place, my advise is don't waste any more of your time on it. I went heavily down this route in the beginning, money was no object to have something custom made, but in the end when you look at what space you have and where the airflow comes in, the custom intercooler would not be big enough to cope and get any good airflow to do any cooling. Remove the active spoiler, fit a proper FMIC like a 4" ETS, and fit just the active spoiler rubber lip in the down position, that's what I did in the end
  13. You can still buy an OEM one here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185444099724 But also now SRD sell the Koyo one : https://www.srdtuning.com/product/koyo-ac-radiator-supra-jza80/
  14. I'm a lifer, so it could be 250,000 and it wouldn't bother me lol
  15. Wheel horse power is the only figure that matters.
  16. A few people for the eurotrips we do just download the TomTom app, it's free for 30 days, and I can confirm that it works with the custom forced routes.
  17. We've tested them to death over the years, I can 100% confirm they wont work I'm afraid. Best you follow someone mate.
  18. Here are the links to the routes on Google Maps: DragonCol 2022 Route 01 - Premier Inn to Elan Valley Visitors Centre https://goo.gl/maps/JnBLLNhnsz7EcrQi7 Route 02 - Elan Valley Visitors Centre to Lauras Diner https://goo.gl/maps/WQox9zH75RtaDHfN7 Route 03 - Lauras Diner to McDonalds Aberdare https://goo.gl/maps/HamFz5aKhTogWFZk7 Route 04 - McDonalds Aberdare to Bwlch Mountain https://goo.gl/maps/K64yvWvSbrAZsJAM7 Route 05 - Bwlch Mountain to Mollie’s Hotel & Diner https://goo.gl/maps/D3tzF7JrZRDAreSr6
  19. TomTom GPX files (New model TomTom GO's) On your PC Download the zip file and unpack it. There will be 5 files in there, each between 51kb and 310kb. Again still on your PC, log into TomTom MyDrive with your TomTom account https://mydrive.tomtom.com. Then on the left of the screen go to 'MY ROUTES', you will then see an option at the bottom of that panel to 'IMPORT A GPX FILE'. Import each of the DragonCol routes until all 5 routes are showing. You may need to rename each route after you import it, but this is easily done by copying and pasting the name from each of the files you unpacked earlier. Turn on your satnav and log into your Tomtom account, you will find this under the 'TomTom Services' icon. Connect your TomTom via smartphone Bluetooth tether or to your PC via USB. Once connected it will sync with 'My Drive' and the routes will start to appear in 'My Routes'. Then, once on DragonCol, at the start of each stage after we've had a rest stop, you load up the next route file, let it plan the route and off you go. Dragoncol 2022 TomTom Routes.zip
  20. Like I said earlier on this thread, in the future any of you can book a plot and advertise the event to the club members. If you sit and wait hoping someone else will organise it for you, it just want happen, and you'll miss out.
  21. Please don't forget everyone, bring a bag of hardwood with you, or you'll be sitting in the cold corner on a night
  22. I’ve contacted the supermod who sent me the list with the incorrect email I was given for you, I’m waiting for him to come back to me with where the error is. In the meantime I will forward your tickets to the email address you sent me.
  23. 2 tickets were emailed to you on the 02/08/22, to the email that you have for the club shop You also haven’t purchased any club stand tickets from the booking list I was sent. The club stand tickets are only required for the people that booked all weekend club camping and display tickets, as Saturday only display ticket cars will not be able to park on the club stand, as the show organisers will be parking Saturday only display down by the lake in the show and shine section. I hope that helps clear it up
  24. Please everyone, make sure you have received your show entry tickets by email. If you haven’t then you must let me know by the VERY latest Thursday 2pm, or you will have to pay again for entry on the gate. Thank you
