  1. Hi mate, I have a BPU 6 speed silver TT. It has done about 120-125K miles (will have to check) but in VGC. Please see my garage pics if interested for more details and PM me. Cheers, Ro
  2. Is your tracking all OK John? Not sure if dodgy geometry may cause it. May be worth having a quick chat with Tony @ STS tyres in Watford. He comes recommended by Mark @ Phoenix
  3. That's one of the best places and the tint (green on most Supras) makes it blend well and you can't see the edges Yes, Mas is 5 foot tall, huge nose and goofy teeth
  4. RIP Rik. Mods, can this thread be made into a sticky so more people will see it? Cheers, Ro
  5. It might be Ray - He works down there I think. There's another chap with a similar description Supra but he's not on this forum
  6. I'm totally shocked and saddened over this. My condolences to his family. Some time ago I needed a part for my Supra desperately. Rik sent the part out and didn't even want any money for it not even postage. A true kindhearted bloke. RIP, Ro
  7. Reg P6** Sup. Gunmetal, near the Focus DIY store in Frimley, Surrey. Loud zorst! I don't think you saw me
  8. The Seibon TSII is a bit lighter, not much though! Can't remember the exact figures.
  9. Lancaster do agreed valuation
  10. The TS II bonnet is good for getting rid of heat. The Seibon copy doesn't have rain guards - The only issue after 2.5 years of having it on my car is rain water after heavy rain on the V-belt. Gets a little squeeky but silicon spray sorts it out.
  11. Wayne, I've had my BPU car for nearly 3 years now. I have always looked at the possibility of going single. I have also gone for a ride on some of the single turbo cars on here (e.g. Terry S's old motor and TRD3000GT's). Me personal advice to you would be to enjoy and get used to your BPU car first as you've bought it fairy recently. I think I have just about mastered driving my car - knowing the limits in the wet e.t.c and that's taken me nearly 40,000 miles of driving! I'm now confident whenever the rear end fishtails and controlling it, it doesn't catch me by suprise if the rear wheels lose traction. In my opinion most of the single supras are quicker than BPU but not by a great deal. That's why I decided to keep the car BPU - It does the job and does it well. Cheers, Ro
  12. I'm around there sometimes too! Mines a spoilerless silver Supra
  13. I'd say about £500 ish too but prices (and quality!) vary immensely.
  14. Works well if you have dark alloys or black CF bits IMO. I ended up painting the sides of the spoiler which looked better I reckon
  15. My silver car used to have full CF wing - I'll post some pics tonight
  16. I thought Juergen was selling a Skyline engined supra? Check his site/Threads
  17. Hi, I'm after a decent plumber to fit 1 new mixer shower and a new pump to run this new mixer and an existing mixer. I'm in Farnborough which is near Camberley/Fleet/Aldershot, Junction 4a on the M3. Please PM me if you know someone. Thanks, Ro
  18. I'm very happy with the following setup: RPS Cyn-R-G Segmented Lightened Flywheel RPS Sport Clutch with Sprung Hub It's a paddle clutch but very freindly i.e. you get used to it and feels like a normal clutch after a while. It doesn't lunge (Spelling?!) forward when moving from stationary position. The lightened flywheel doesn't chatter 50% of the time (I'm on stock idle/normal idle) It is a strong clutch IMO. But mines a BPU TT.
  19. You can get ready made plastic centre caps in various sizes on fleabay and if you search the net. You can get ones with Toyota logos EDIT: Here's an example of just the badge but if you look around on the net, you should find the cap: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Alloy-Wheels-Trims-Center-Cap-Badges-4-toyota-supra-mr2_W0QQitemZ320123931965QQihZ011QQcategoryZ14771QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  20. Take it to GVN in Chiswick or PM SupraAyf who knows a good bodyshop in South Hants
  21. I haven't seen that one before. There is a stock looking red that's been in Luton for about 10 years ('hen' number plate). There was a red one with a surfboard spoiler but I don't see that one anymore.

    Single advice

How about a few spare sets of secondhand stock tubbies? For 400 BHP Fly, I don't think you'll get a much more effiiciency (cost and performance wise) then what you have already
