  1. NOOO Another date I can't so off to visit my bro in Newcastle that weekend
  2. I'm always 'in the area' as I work at the Airbus/BAE site on Golf Course Lane. PM me your address, Jim & pop round for a cuppa
  3. Possibly free to come to this - not sure as I have some personal stuff to do on the Friday, which may spill over to the Saturday J
  4. Hi mate - First saw you driving up Southmead Road as I was waiting to pull out of Airbus/BAE, then I passed you at the Coldharbour Lane traffic lights as I was turning right. Nice exhaust burble there J
  5. Spotted at the Filton Roundabout, A38 by the Mill pub, going down towards Aztec West. Silver with TRD badge on the rear J
  6. Nice one Phil. Need to wait till I get home as can't see pics at work
  7. Nope. Blitz AC range bought & fitted professionally by Envy. Never creeps, always accurate to within 0.05 Bar against Dyno boost readings etc. As per here: http://www.envyperformance.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=1651 J
  8. That looks very neat. How did you get it fixed to the inside of the bumper? - I'm rubbish at this sort of thing, but really want mine done J
  9. Not sure if this is technical, so Mods, please move if not. Yesterday waiting for my car to warm up and clean the windscreen, I revved it a little and found I was able to see 0.3 Bar boost on my boost gauge when the Auto box was in park. I thought that you only saw positive boost when the engine was under load. any explainations? (only did it twice, quickly to about 4000 revs)
  10. Spotted between Oxford & Northampton on A34 (I think near Bambury) at approx 10 am J
  11. Nice car SOO. Good pics G, and as everyone has said, really liking those wheels J

    Hi there....

Hi Soo, nice to see you back
  13. Has Soo had Bruce Springsteen then????
  14. To be honest, I fitted an Apexi for a week, when my car was completely stock, and was sure the car felt slower, refitted the stock airbox and it felt back as it was. This was before I joined the forum, so it wasn't 'placebo' effect or anything as I honestly thought it would be better than stock.
  15. Usually about £200 - £300, depending on condition & tyres (for 17" ones), so these went for what I'd expect.
  16. No I can't I'm visiting my parents 'cos I'm doing a skid control cource at Rockingham Raceway next Saturday So hopefully I'm ready for the winter months (freeby from work, cos I is so brill init!!??) sorry about the chav speak there - don't know what came over me
  17. Because Toyota spent a lot of time & money designing an air intake system which has 2 cold air feeds and is insulated from the high temps in the engine bay, which aftermarket cone filters draw up into the engine, increasing the charge tempterature and reducing performance
  18. Sounds good Gerry, Only saw your post about it at 2pm, or would have probably come along, as it was the perfect weather for a cross country convoy
  19. Hi, There are some on Ebay ATM: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Mk4-Toyota-Supra-TT-uk-17-alloy-wheels-200sx-Soarer_W0QQitemZ320175875609QQihZ011QQcategoryZ9888QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem J

  21. Well done mate:thumbs: get cracking at it. I recently started running at the gym. Only started in August, never ran before (except 5-aside occassionally) and to start with 2km was a struggle, but I can now do 10km in 42 mins. Bloody kills me though!! (Also lost 3 inches from waist in 2 months, but I have been going 3 times a week)
  22. It's like they don't care about the game, just the quality of the picture & sound. I always think this about Hi-Def DVD. Surely normal DVD is perfectly fine for watching movies at home? Not sure HD would increase my viewing pleasure much more...
  23. To be honest, you 'offered' them $208 for the item and they refused. perfectly legal, they don't have to sell anything to you. All shop priices are an 'indication' of what the retailer would like you to pay. If you make an offer, it's up to them to accept. Common misconception is that if something is priced incorrectly they have to sell it at that price - they don't.
