  1. OK, not to worry. Taking more solicitors for a Witney Whopper?
  2. I didn't spot this either, but can't go Sunday. You guys aware of the Chippenham meet Saturday?
  3. Never heard of it, and I'm over 30. TBH I hated all that kids TV when I was a kid (hate it now LOL). Blue Peter was by far the worse thing on the telly, but Crackerjack, Cheggers plays pop etc were all sh*t IMHO
  4. Hope you can get your boosting sorted Yulia. Did you have a nice holiday?
  5. Is there any more bling you can fit to the Supra Gary? :D congrats mate
  6. I had exactly the same and it turned out to be a failed water pump seal. New pump £55 off Japarts.co.uk + fitting. No damage to engine, as I saw the gauge go up and pulled over straight away.
  7. One of my all time favourite cars Edit: I think that may be John Walleys. They're big in Integrale's but reknowned for being expensive
  8. Sorry, but from what I've read on here, it's just not worth it. You'll end up spending more than just buying a TT, and that's without selling the NA.
  9. Yes if you fit a boost controller to hold pressure off the wastegate. The 1Bar RR means you can't get lower than 1Bar, but you can get higher
  10. Indicate left and get out of the car and look at all your indicators. You'll probably find one bulb is not working. I had exactly the same and my front left bulb had worked a bit loose
  11. Cheers Bud. Yeah LHD, can be a pain overtaking. What gets me is that 18 years ago Lancia put a 200 bhp 2.0 lump in a hatchback and it did 0-60 in 5.7 and was faster than many 'supercars' 30-70 of the same era. Now VW puts a 200 bhp 2.0 ltr in a golf and it does 0.60 in 7.2 secs. Hardly progress!!
  12. By the way mate, seeing as you're into your Italian cars, any of your mates into Lancia Delta Integrale's? I've had a red 16V for the last 4 1/2 years and love it. Not in the same league as a Ferrari, but Italian and a bit special IMHO
  13. OK, I'll see if I can have a look through them properly tomorrow and get back to you.
  14. Not really that technical (hence posted here), but I'm a bit of a numpty at these sort of things. My car was misfiring a bit so have put in new NGK plugs, and all OK now
  15. One of my neighbours has some old car mags/racing mags which he's looking to sell. Date back to 60's. Also some old Hot Rod magazines and some old Austin workshop manuals. Anyone know whether these are worth anything or interested? I'll get a proper list if anyone's interested cheers J

    TT Supra

Used daily for 3 1/2 years, except when I decide to take the Integrale. Supra IS my daily driver!!
  17. I get 240 miles to £66 V-Max. Mixed town driving and dual carriageway. Can get upto 300 miles to a full tank if all motorway cruising. Yeah, I have a relatively heavy right foot, no point in having a Supra and watching the fuel economy
  18. I think I've seen stock quoted as 0.76Bar by Homer
  19. Hi Edge, I'll be wanting to go to both: 1. edge 2. jaymdee 3. Probably go to this in the morning, then head over to Chippenham, then back for this again in the evening
  20. Saw one parked in Bath last week. Also seen one a couple of times on my way to work in Bristol. I hear they're going to start making them again
  21. FWIW, if you do find a UK Supra TT manual for £5K, be prepared to have to spend £3K on it, as parts will be starting to wear out. As with any high performance vehicle, if you're 'scraping' the purchase costs together, then I'd wait till you can afford the odd thousand here and there on unexpected garage bills. What about general running costs like petrol (18-20mpg), tyres @ £300 per axle every 8000 miles etc J
  22. Nice work Chris. Found out from Kev earlier that it was in with you. Looking good
  23. Hi mate, One of the guys at the Surrey RR session last week got really good results with hybrids: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=122315 Grahamc I believe Ian C always said his were a really good half-way house between stock twin turbos (BPU) and single J
  24. Well, it's taken me 3 1/2 years, so doubt 2000 will be along any time in the near future
