  1. Oh ok that makes sense, good thing I asked! Got to love the research that people have put into these swaps and the man hours and mistakes made along the way haha
  2. What is this spacer your all on about? Is this from the m3 or suora or does it come with the conversion kit? I've got a PMC adaptor and flywheel, I've bought a auto supra ring gear... I don't think i have the spacer..?
  3. They also had issues with injector looms etc, nice to drive but not without their issues...
  4. 1.9 Vauxhall engines have faults with the inlet manufold valves, they clog up with carbon and require a replacement manifold iirc... However they are pretty good engines other than that! If caddy vans are in your line up they are pretty bomb proof but keep an eye out for gearbox issues.... 5th gear mainly as the rivetts fall out... The Vauxhall 1.7 Isuzu engines are pretty much bomb proof..
  5. That's absolutely gorgeous, if it was me id be more up around the 10's, anyone fancies helping with this then feel free but as clean n/a 5 speeds are coming in round the 8k mark and in standard trim, id say yours would demand more... Gorgeous car man don't cut yourself short on valuating
  6. I will have both the Ariel's please! Delivery and Pm me paypal
  7. How far did you get with the auto to manual conversion? I've just picked up an auto and will be fitting the m3 box i already bought for the first car into this instead
  8. I find the Facebook sites seem to have taken over which is a shame as this place is absolutely pacled with all the info you could ever need! Some fantastic build threads also which has helped me out no end with my build and id say the membership fee is worth the access to the info on its own if nothing else!
  9. Very pleased to finally be able to spread the word about this as its been a long time in the making! 10. Been na-t for over a year now, best thing I've ever ploughed money into lol
  11. Im organising the banzi rally, officially sponsored by japfest, starts on that Thursday, all around the best roads in Wales and finishing at Silverstone for japfest. Entry and club stand included in price. The website will be live in the next day or 2 if anyone wants to make a brilliant long weekend out of it!
  12. If the car is origionly a v-box then i can see why people would want to keep it that way, but i see people saving up for years to then swap a w58 for a v-box, that i cant really understand with the more affordable and in some cases better options available which will still add £££ to the car over the w58
  13. Keron wants £150 for a screen, need one myself as someone threw a bonnet into mine as i was driving... Oh wait.. That was me...
  14. Brighton is a good fun drive with a few cars though... Bout 2 hours from me in Luton i think...
  15. If your going single... And your going standalone eventually... Then GTE swap is pointless, just my opinion, your paying 4k for a different head and wiring harness which will be cut away anyway... Ok you get oil squirters but unless your smashing it round a track every other weekend they arent going to do much more for street use in mexico city... 4k for a standard GTE swap will get you to 400bhp on twins, then its another 2k or so to go single... Then your still running a w58 anyway, so your better off putting 4k into a motor you know is good with the ge, and getting a much better spec single build for less money
  16. I run a xspower kit, oil lines are junk, downpipe needs modifying, the screamer needs a little adjustment... But turbo, manifold and intercooler are decent for what they are... Cant fault it, put in 440cc injectors on a Emanage blue, a TT head gasket, and definitely fit an ARF gauge, AFR and boost as a minimum for me... I made 454bhp at 12psi. Fitted it all myself, definitely whip the engine out... Wouldn't want to risk drilling the sump in situ.. Then im using a act stage 3 clutch on my w58 no problems
  17. Im using a act stage 3 or 4 not sure, its a full face item too so nice and easy on the gearbox, everyone says different things about different clutches but one thing i found everyone agreed on was to avoid paddle clutches as they are too harsh!
  18. Think its standard item, 1.2 or1.3mm that's what i used
  19. I had this issue on my n/a and there is 2 plug blocks that run underneath the fuse box, gave them a wiggle and push and fired up, tell tail signs was no engine light, oil pressure light and no fuel pump... Took me ages to work it out...
  20. Be good to experience an Aston martin working properly, my Mrs bought a vantage and its been nothing but problems since day 1! But when it works its almost worth the hassle... Still think ill stick with the supra...
  21. Here you go, u need to be a paid member if you arent already, but it gives all the different variations the na-t guys have used and the power output they achieved with each! Gives you a good understanding of what works anx what doesnt! http://www.mkiv.co.uk/vbb/showthread.php?296560-NA-T-Spec-Thread
  22. That's xspower Mani and probably turbo but the oil.lines are better then xspower stuff, be kinda hard to get a garage to fit it all as its not actually a true bolt on kit... But at the same time not exactly rocket science! There's loads of write ups on here that can walk you through it all yourself though! Good luck with it, i used a xspower kit and its been brilliant! Made 454bhp at 12psi! Also if your going to go for it then ill find a useful link...
  23. I will have these 100%, pm me PayPal please?
