  1. So I've just paid deposit on a vvti ge, planning to use the head and wiring to build myself another na-t but with the use of vvti! Quite excited and also loving the fact I'm already going to have coil on plug! Many on here gone the same route? And yes i know that rods are weaker, ill be usong my supra non vvti ge block.

  9. Make: Toyota Model: Supra Aerotop Year: L reg 1993 Facelift: No Mileage: 120k-75kmiles MOT remaining: Will come with a new years ticket Service history: Mostly there including receipts for parts, old motels etc. Has been maintained my myself for the roughly 1 year ive owned it with regular oil changes. Car's location: Stony Stratford Milton Keynes Modifications: CD player, carbon fiber front lip, carbon fiber stubby ariel, rear exhaust box Good bits: Its a supra! Its an Aerotop! Its almost completely original. Good honest car that's been used almost daily since the day i bought it with no issues at all. Bad bits: Some marks due to age, also front wings have scuffs. And a dent in one by the arch which would pop out, and has had paintwork in the past. PRICE £10800ovno Price is pretty firm, its a good solid car and any inspections are welcome. The wheels in the photos are not included, the original 16" wheels are being collected from the body shop tomorrow fresh from refurb. I will be at goodwood this weekend if anyone wants to view it. 07595257514 I rarely remember to check here so either text or a phone call is best. Bare with me while i try to upload photos, im a 60 year old in a 28 year old body. Whatsapp may be easiest

  13. I will be selling an aero in a few weeks possibly if i decide ot to convert it to manual and turbo it... Its white, also Hellboy666 can you pm me some details, or if you guys find me on facebook.. Dave Batchelor
  14. I bought a clutch, was like £450 i paid around £80 import tax I believe...
  15. Although it didn't seem to gather much interest on here, I thought Id let you guys know we are having our Saturday night end party at the cock hotel, stony Stratford. There will be a raffle, prises to be won and a generally good night to be had! If i don't see you there then keep an eye out for the Banzai Rally stand at Japfest!

  17. Can i ask why you didnt buy it? A friend is very interested!
  18. The BMW box is also made by get rag... But you can get a box for like £600, they can take similar power levels and are redily available. Getting one bolted up will set you back around 3k... But a v160 will be more money and its a 25 year old gearbox which you cant buy spares for (easily) and the price just doesn't seem worth it at all in my eyes... If it was a TT aero i might be pushed to a v-box for resale value of being original parts... But the BMW route is proven and common,
  19. Sounds like I've got the answer i was hoping for then! As for them holding their value yea i can see your point, but as its a n/a aerotop i don't think much harm will come price wise by fitting a m3 6 speed and a well spec's na-t kit on it! Plus this is one im definitely thinking to keep! Are you guys running with additional bracing?
  20. So i recently purchased a very clean n/a aerotop. In my eyes the holy grail of supras is a big single manual aerotop. Although the prices and demand over the pond is completely the opposite! Just wondering how the aerotops behave once boosted and if its wise/recommended by others who have already done it... Im thinking 5-600bhp mark... How does it feel and behave? Or keep with the hard top for power?
