If he has a radar gun he has to stop you and show you the reading (how you can be sure this is your reading and not the guy in front of you is beyond me, could be anybodys speed). Ask for a calibration certificate for the equipment, they have to produce one within 7 days which shows that the equipment was calibrated within the last month. If they have you on video they do not have to stop you. If you get a summons within a month of the "offence" you have to tell them who was driving the car, more than a month and you do not have to tell them as you like me, eveyone drives your Supra and you can't remeber that far back ........... I have been here a few times .........
