Car has always been bad for draining the battery if left for a few days and I always blamed the alarm system (TOAD). Been getting steadily worse and now draining overnight. How/where do you start looking for this (substantial) drain? Car is daily driver at moment at it would be very inconvenient to put it out of commission for any length of time

Fitted UK Spec brakes (Toyota ones ) 3 - 4 months ago. Over the last week have got symptoms similar to warped/cracked disk,kick back from pedal. It is not constant and varies in intensity quite a lot. Car does not pull to either side. Occurs when braking from all speeds unless pedal applied very firmly when it doesn't All disks approx the same tempperature Nothing visual (but not had proper look yet) Caliper bolts only checked by hand today, will check properly tomorrow Had front (only)wheels balanced, has made no difference Could a sticking piston cause these symptoms? Any other ideas welcome as very inconvenient to take disks off and send them for checking at the moment?

Try for the compensation as stated. Do not think you will be able to temove the mark as paint will be "bleached" by the limestone/cement residue which will be caustic (not acidic). Depends how deep into the paint it has penetrated,

I am full BPU+ with J Spec and no problems with injectors. If you are going single then you will have to upgrade. You J Spec or UK? UK has 550 injectors

Got done on way to work this morning, and after some of the comments I have made on here about police in the past would just like to say (although I don't appreciate being caught) that they were very pleasant, offered me a fixed penalty as they reckoned I was not driving dangerously but they could have brung much more serious charge and they made nice comments about the car. Makes a change, gentlemen doing their job. First one in the Supra in the 4+ years I have had it and I could well be a bit over the limit every time I am out in it

I would get new breather hoses as well before doing this , mine were very brittle, broke and of course I had not purchased them

Two years ago the Guy a couple of doors up from my house gave my cat stricknene (sp) because it was going in to his lovely garden (would have bought him one of those sonic thingies which work quite well apparently) but he had never complained to me. Cat was in a hell of a state for a couple of months but recovered. For some strange reason the guys garden has massive brown patches where nothing grows anymore - even cats don't go in to his garden now
