My son has just come in and has just been done for 88 in a 60 (fair cop, he is 25 and this is the first time he has been charged, poor boy grew up thinking 90 was the speed limit .... lol). He said one policeman was nice guy and said he would state it was good visibility, dry conditions and no traffic and would Kris go for the fixed penalty. The other policeman over ruled him and said no fixed penalty it was going to court. However,to why I am putting this up here, the 2nd guy (same age roughly as my son and I think a bit jealous of his car as it is well looked after and looks superb) suggested he should remove the rear spoiler as it was obstructing his vision (Accord Type R). Hmm, am I correct in thinking that as long as you have door mirrors you do not even need an interior mirror? I think this from driving works vans.

I have the chatter since fitting the HKS SSBOV, coming off lowish boost, can make the car do it for a fair distance on a very slight incline

taking the cap off and going full lock a couple of times (after top up) worked for me and mine was making a horrendous noise before this

Nah, car is not harsh running normally, so it must be the guage or sensor, hose up to the sensor seems ok, and the guage seems to be reading normally just displaced by +1.0 -1.1 bar. Going to CW's on Saturday so maybe he will have a way of checking it out

and for the numpties amongst us, what exactly does this do?

On way home from work last night gave the Supra a wee blast on an empty stretch of road and the Boost Guage caught my eye at 2.2 Bar. Came off throttle (having got a wee bit of a fright) and it settled to just above 0. Car going fine so thought easy for even me tis a burst pipe between sensor and guage or in that bit of the system somewhere. Sitting switched off guage is reading just under 1 Bar (atmospheric?). Seems to be working normally when I take it out, just displaced by +1 Bar. Have looked everywhere for a burst pipe or hose and can't see/hear anything at all. Anyone had this or got any ideas what to do next?
