My AC doesn't work and I think it's due to the condenser leaking. I can get a new one but was looking at my options. Anyone who deleted their ac and have a spare one in good condition, or any other non oem options?

I guess you will need to change all bumper, front fenders, bonnet, lights etc to revert it to how it should be. Not a small job. The question is why would anyone do this in the first place? The side sticker is also misspelled..

Hey thanks for the article! Very interesting! To be honest I too was hoping for a GTR competitor but after reading your article it seems they are going for driving pleasure and performance. Have never driven a GTR but i have heard that other than the mindbending performance it doesn't feel as satisfying to drive as other sports cars. Also, the new NSX which is a direct competitor to the GTR and has all the toys most A80 enthusiasts would love to see on the new supra, is not selling as well as Honda was hoping. Was there anything you didn't like about the Z4?

If it continues this way you won't have to export it. The high demand will raise the prices over here too.. right?

Any more stories of JDM supras sold to the US? I see some 94 cars for sale recently at quite low prices compared to the above.. Maybe worth holding off? Would a similar condition 93 car be advertised at a much higher price due to the eligibility for export to the US? Has anyone witnessed any of that?

It's been a while, Quick update. Keeping up with the history of the car. After being off the road for about 6 months it's now back. I plan to daily drive it over the summer so I sent it off to James aka littlenum for some maintenance, a few issues I wanted to sort and a couple of small upgrades. Here's what was done: Rocker cover gaskets Cam seals Cambelt replaced Aux belt replaced Aux belt tensioner bearing replaced The rockers were painted Front crank seal replaced Engine was serviced with new oil filter, fuel filter, millers 10-50 race oil The first cat was blowing so a new exhaust gasket was fitted together with a blitz second decat pipe CW pads were fitted all round together with goodridge brake lines Brake fluid was flushed out and then bleed system with new fluid Coolant system was also flushed 2nd diff bush was fitted Speed delimiter was fitted The rear tyres were replaced with Bridgestone Potenza RE050A 275/40 ZR18 Very happy with the car. It feels great! The second decat makes it sing and with keeping the first cat on it is not overly loud either, which was a concern!

You may know this already but there is a smartphone app I find quite useful when traveling at the motorway. it is called tom tom speed cameras. Give it a try. It allows the user to report a police van so it is not only for fixed cameras.

To be honest I like the new top gear more than GT. I do watch both though.

Cloth pre-facelift OEM seats for free - pick up only - read description Very reluctant I didn't give these away earlier. They are stored in my garage which is damp and as a result some mould has formed on the fabric. These were in great condition when removed and with the electrics working fine. I can take pictures if there is any interest. I will not post these collection only from Coventry.

This looks to be in great shape for a car that didn't move for 11 years. Good find! Would also be interested to read what you think of the supra compared to the skyline. What skyline do you have by the way?
