  1. I remember the gt300 being for sale on here a couple of years ago. Maybe worth a search for a build thread.
  2. Looks great! Don't mean to be an @##hole but shouldn't it be: 7'27''35 ?

    Manos' NA5

Hi Rich! She is fine! I hope you are too! She is resting at the moment as I have a new daily to drive around from and to work. I have some plans for her for this year. I haven't been very good at updating this thread. She has been faultless. Just the usual maintenance and consumables She had a new set of coilovers, Full alignment by Chris Wilson and now drives better than ever. I have a pair of leather OEM seats to go in along with dying the carpet black, which is a job i've been putting off for some time but will do as soon as I get some free time. I also have a set of facelift rear lights to go on along with a new front lip which I made up and is a solid version of the active lip. Similar to the one on your last supra. Next job will be a detail as I start to notice some swirl marks on the paintwork and some minor bodywork, couple of parking lot dents and some stone chips on one of the wing mirrors that should be easily fixed. There are also two small spots of rust starting to appear on the rear arches where you cut them so I need to fix that and also do an underseal when the weather gets warmer. I am also looking at my options to make her faster. I was set on NA-T as discussed in the past and also have gathered some parts for this, but I am not so sure any more. I think a TT transplant might be a better idea. Still trying to decide.

  5. Great! Please PM me when you decide on a price.
  6. Congratulations!! I will check it out!
  7. interested in boot spoiler depending on price. Is it possible to use together with a oem spoiler?
  8. This is the abflug widebody isn't it? Havent seen one in ages. nice buy. Welcome
  9. Only realized you are in UAE now.. It is worth posting a wanted add for the OEM lip. Not sure how expensive the shipping will be though as it will need a big box.
  10. The BBS currently on the car look nice too. Let me know if you will be looking to sell to get the advan ones. As for the lip, I wanted the active lip look but with the lip fixed in the "down" position. I posted a wanted add on here for the oem lip and got a fiberglass lip from grams, which looks ok, and I fixed them together and sprayed with plasti-dip to get a nice OEM finish, BUT I haven't fitted it on the car yet so I am not entirely sure how good the grams active lip is, in terms of geometry/orientation, if that makes sense.
  11. Yes, There was also a video of the development of the LC500 that I posted on another thread about the new supra on here. The engineers working on it were referring to it as "supra". Toyota also released information about it (LC500) coming with a hybrid system which is the way most people would assume the new supra will go.
  12. I am a bit surprised that articles talk about the supra sharing platforms with the Z5. Is this confirmed? I thought they were going to work with BMW on a different project. I was convinced that the new supra will share platforms with the LC500. Let's wait and see.
  13. I installed the HSD dualtech coilovers a few months back. I am very happy with them so far and a great improvement compared to my OEM yellow bilsteins with lowering springs. They were too low and quite harsh. The new setup is much more comfy sits at the right height and is all in all like driving a different car. I think my car became a lot faster after this as now i can carry speed even on B roads and really enjoy the car. Handles great and was relatively cheap too compared to other alternatives. Setting them up is quite important too. When I first fitted them the car was too low. Went to CW and explained what I wanted and after he set the ride height and adjusted the geo setup and alignment the difference was unreal.
  14. Nice thread. How much do the kenmeri skylines go for these days?
  15. As others have said its the 2JZ-GE AKA the non turbo version of the 2jz. How much are you thinking of selling it for and how long you've had it?
  16. The fronts should be fine mate. Depends on your suspension - ride height. When I had mine quite low it used to catch on the front over bumps but after a new geo setup and raising the suspension, no problems. It was quite low when it was catching though and running 235 width.
  17. Hope this helps. ET25 8.5J & 10J 275 tyre on the back
