38mm would be fine mate .. it should hold boost down on an 61mm turbo. but a 44mm/48/50mm works just as well

i didt mine in my Tiny garage .. real pita but manage to pull it off in the end .... but haven't realized that the dash loom, was pluged in eighter side of the car , so pulled the dash our without the loom

stripping the head down just need a valve compression tool.

my car have run with a chep turbo kit since 2007 with about 450hk .. not any issues apart from a little shaft play in the turbo at the end of last year when it was taken off the car.. just sheer luck ? maybe but did´t the job but yes turbo problems and cracked manifolds is a common problem on cheap kits -
altenator yes ... my old Volvo did the exact same when it died on me

just pulled the head of, and look very nice ! no big scuffing .. after 86,000miles all is okay good old 2jz.. but going to be bored and honed any way

arrrh .. a sandwich plate is alot smaller than the OEM heat exchanger mate it will help big time to bin that .. and sure thing 19rows setrab cooler is going in -

is there any disadvantages by doing this ? i´v considering to do this , just to clear the bay a tiny bit and give more access to the oil filter -
your supra is so nice ! .. your car have convinced my , that mine is in need og some OEM sideskirts !

mine thinks it´s to fast ;D ....... and a big money drain ... but all so understand that it is my little baby ! and as Jay leno said “Would you rather I come home greasy and smelling of transmission oil, or clean and smelling of cheap perfume?”
