  1. My personal opinion after reading every post on here is that I would never buy a car from PBC or anyone else that wasn't a main dealer in the High Wycombe area. Just in case. I think any sane person would be the same. Not answering questions clearly and concisely is very irritating if as you claim you have nothing to hide. Trying to deny customers their statutory rights by claiming a sale was "trade" is just plain wrong. If you are genuine I wish you luck and hope you learn from this, If you are a charleton then I hope you get all you deserve. I'm now out.
  2. Short answer is no. Longer answer is the Whifbitz race cars just used std clutch hydraulics with a braided pipe replacing the rubber one between master and slave cylinders.
  3. I am 6"1" and managed 200 miles in the back of a Supra. I was sprawled across both back seats though and it wasn't the most comfortable trip I've ever done. But it was either that or walk!
  4. Your best bet would be to take the car to Chris Wilson on here as he is very local to you. It might cost a couple of quid but at least you will know exactly what needs doing and if he does it, it will be done right. He will also be able to tell you anything else that needs attention too, as he knows these cars inside out.
  5. Strange place to mount an intercooler. Bit of T cut and it will be fine.
  6. The top of the door card just drops in and there are screws in the door shut. Check the screws are present I guess and maybe remove and refit the door card. Only a 10 minute job.
  7. They are probably off to High Wycombe..............
  8. You should have bought an airbag delete boss kit. You need to get a widget (resistor?) as others have said and then do the 2 wire trick. Even with the widget you will have to do this if you ever disconnect the top dash panel. Just reminded myself I need to reset mine again!
  9. About £4700 at current exchange rates.
  10. Don't the stock twins have a funny 3 bolt flange? Getting some alternatives to bolt on sounds like a major headache. Not questioning it, but why would egts go through the roof?
  11. Congrats JG! Shotgun for the next NW meet!
  12. Rota Boost 18" Blest 18" but similar to many others
  13. Some better pictures of the Ridox. The other photo has the bottom trimmed for the Ridox splitter. Ridox every time for me.
  14. You can just about see it in this one. Sorry a bit dark.
  15. Paul Whiffin might be able to get the spanners.
  16. More local I think, seeing as we are so close. Do you still have my number? Give me a call if you do.
  17. No worries Dan. Just a bit disappointing after the numbers we have had recently.
  18. Looks like its only me and JohnD :-( Going to give it a miss if that is the case.
  19. Are we doing this tomorrow night then guys? 7:30 as normal? Perpy1878 - just for you Miller & Carter Parbold, Steak House - Bar - Grill, Parbold Hill, Parbold, Wigan, WN8 7TG
  20. Just think of the damage those hot gasses could do!
  21. Try Paul at Whifbitz, often cheaper than Mr T.
  22. Looks like a guppy (sorry) and too heavy for my tastes. But if you like it, go for it. Could be fun and nice to be different. Edit. I take that back about the guppy. On second viewing I think it's more like a catfish. ;-)
  23. Try mole grips if rounded or an old flat head screwdriver and a big hammer ;-)
