  1. 14b is the pin and wire that controls torque converter lock-up, I can't remember the wire colours? In 'my garage' - Tuning - AEM 30-1100 link there's a diagram showing the ECU pins. Link to info for colour codes and volts. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/content.php?64-Electrical-Diagrams If Ryan can't work out what the problem is, I can't do more than this without seeing it!
  2. What's controlling the box, O.E. ECU or the Syvecs?
  3. Your signature needs reducing by 40.3.
  4. Should this be the case, you'll also need to consider the gearing influence of whatever diff ratio, wheel size/tyre profile configuration you're running.
  5. When I first bought my Supra, I gave it a service and then drove to Russia and back, but it was an N/A.
  6. It's a pulse reduction module in-line to the MAP sensor.
  7. 440's from a MkIII 7M-GTE fit the MkIV N/A rail.
  8. Water cools the charge and methanol raises the octane. Very dangerous to run meth only, it's flammable with invisible flames. 50/50 is the best of both.
  9. The aim is to run the water, or water/meth 15% fuel parallel.
  10. My Supra is my daily driver, it's either that or walk. On Sundays it's my religion, that if I can't tinker with my Supra, I pacify myself with a Traditional Roast at at the Pub. It's under there somewhere!

However, the 3.6" pulley ordered in early December wasn't inside, a hub has been sent by mistake. Seven weeks I waited for this portion of incompetence, it won't be needed until after the present Ice-Age has passed, but a good job I ordered early.

  17. It looks like you have your new exhaust fitted. However, I can't find the For Sale thread in which I thought I had first refusal on the old one? Edit: Found it.
  18. There's no shortage of Supra Killers on here. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?268482-Who-is-the-club-quot-Conan-quot&highlight=killed Not forgetting the the 'death by dissection' fraternity.
  19. Mine is my daily-driver and constantly remind myself that Winter-time is Keron's peak buying season, yet I do wonder how long before the 'source' tails off?
  20. To maintain those figures, the U.K. kill figure must be 'plus imports per year' higher than that number. Double .... blimey. Little wonder Supra's make Insurance Companies nervous.
  21. According to DVLA, here in the U.K. we're killing them @ around four a week.
  22. Two years ago I fitted a Meziere electric pump because I wanted to run the pulley the other way. I have since changed the belt configuration and now that asset is not necessary, yet the unit has operated without fault. For me it'd pay for itself if/when the supercharger throws a belt, which it hasn't done yet. Once fitted it's a simple job to replace.
  23. That'd work, crimp and solder all joints.
