    Help me decide

As the guys have mentioned above, you could have a few bob to spend on the car if you don't like the current kit and the flakes. I personally would say re-spray everytime if you are looking to keep the car. Stock bumpers are available new with all fittings from Mr T for around £600 (discount at each dealer dependant), sill trims side vents and hockey sticks (plastic trim that finishes off the arches, will set you back £100-£120 used but can also be purchased new (from memory). If you have access to that ramp, get the car in the air and have a good look underneath, if the cars been stored then it might be in better shape than a driveway ornament, but it all depends of the condition of the storage area also. I'd check the rear quarter panels behind those spats as I've seen a few Sup's begin to rust there, also check the rear tailgait where the screen meets the seal. Check the maintainace record for the car and see if your friend has replaced item in recent times, if the crank pulley has not been changed them factor this in, as units are starting to fail and can cause massive damaged to the engine. Suspension components can become tired with time (not only mileage) so take this into consideration also. Hopefully this helps a little and doesn't put you off as you could have a really nice car in your hands with a bit of work. If you become a member then you will have access to the classified sections, to find parts and make a wanted add . The members are a decent bunch here, and very helpful. The Scottish lads and myself are always around to help if you need a help inspecting the car .
  9. That's looking sweet Ben

  12. Ha ha......moving swiftly on... me this time......not you . Could I ask all attendees to pm my your vehicle registration numbers please, I'll need these for the ferry booking . Thanks
  13. Thanks for the funds guys . This year is flying past, best get started on the car me thinks. Have you guys got much to sort before the trip? My list is as follows: - Install new SMIC - By new tyres all round - New discs and pads all round + lines - BPU So not a lot really , If I have any thing left in the bank then new suspension, but it's not looking hopeful .
  14. That's what I'm hoping for
  15. As discussed with James earlier in the week, I'll be looking to attend this meet Alex, and might stay over to sample some of the nightlife
  16. It was but I've changed it
  17. No prior engagements so I'll be in attendance
  18. Hey Greg, try having a look at Project MU discs, I used to run them on my old Sup and loved them. Also the UK calipers are 4pots
  19. I'd say £10k-£11K also. I think there has been a shift in the value of these cars recently, but It leaves a situation where everyone thinks their cars are worth £x,000 more than they are. This situation can lead to a false economy. Your cars looks lovely, so I'm sure you wont struggle to sell at £10k-£11k, maybe leave it a year or two and your original asking price might be a reality.
  20. Best of luck with the project, a lot of work ahead of you but it nice seeing one being saved.
  21. Try contacting JM Imports, they have a new parts man who should be able to have a look for you
  22. Lau have you tried Keron @ExtremePerformance. Id imagine he would have most parts listed
  23. Jody I take it you have the A02B fitted right now? Maybe drop Jurgens new parts guy a line, he can find parts in Japan and might be able to locate one of these for you.
  24. I've been running a stock set of 17's for the last 2 years, and love how the car handles with them.
