    The GS108-P has POE but the GS-108T doesn't.... Maybe that's the confusion? You need this, but beware only 4 of the 8 ports are Poe, so don't plug a Poe port into the router..     [ATTACH]208826[/ATTACH] This shows it connecting port 1 to a POE switch to get power for itself... That's all it will do... It won't power your phone or anything else

    The spec sheet you linked to says it can be powered by Poe.... Not that it will power other devices.... Subtle but crucial

    We use Cisco Meraki stuff as its web managed and pretty cool... It's expensive but you pay for what you get... Something like this would suit... I have a spare if you wanted to test first but not back in the uk until the 15th... http://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/151962637210

    A Poe switch is by far (no pun) the best solution... Injectors are good for one off devices

    That switch isn't POE, it can be powered by POE but it doesn't actually provide POE to connected devices...

    Is it sticking though? Or does it naturally fall down? Does the indicator move if you move the float switch? Have you taken the instrument cluster apart to see if it's stuck?
