One thing I've never understood is when people say "If it doesn't sell by this date, its going in the bin/skip" - Why pursue the sale? Sure advertise it for a certain amount of time at a price but if you're going to 'throw it away' and get nothing for it anyway why not just give it away.

Bi-Turbo and Twin turbo are the same thing. As mentioned you have neither. The 'surge in power' is probabaly the butterfly valve opening up in the exhaust system?
