Welcome to the club and enjoy the wait Was the car originally an automatic converted to manual or was it an NA 5 Speed previously? Only asking as I'm sure a '93 Supra (if stock) would have come with a V160 gearbox.

You say not a huge uplift in price but its increased by 50% from what it sold for (£4,600 into £6,995). 50% in my book is still a significant increase.

Mine was due to the Rubber seal on the rear window, it was perished round the bottom left part. Had the seal replaced and the small rust spot treated and viola! No more leaks
