I tend to use that same line a lot, sadly being 5.10 no one ever believes me I try to keep my diet free of supplements but at the minute im struggling to eat my usual day to day diet due to a fair bit of work on currently although they did help me a bit when I was training as they were just useful to have to hand when you finished your session.

Mate at the end of the day its all about doing what you enjoy and having a laugh at the same time. Yesterday you were a lot more relaxed, you put in the best terminal and had a laugh doing it and that's what its about.
