    6k HID's

They fit in his J spec headlamps so they will work with facelifts as they take the same type bulbs! Problem solved.
  2. When will people understand its not just the fact that the headlamps have projectors, its more to do with the design of the cut off shield inside of the projector not to mention the fact halogen projectors have totally different optics to true Xenon/HIDs so the light is distributed much differently. That said the Jspec headlamps usually do an OK job at emitting the light where it should. My suggestion is to get them properly aligned or just pull them out completely and put in some Osram night breakers or Philips equivalent.
  3. Chris out of curiosity how much is a full set of J spec stainless pistons?
  4. I see your 3 bags and I raise you an additional 2! Wait that's not how it works is it
  5. Two bags of Haribo spooky mix!
  6. The wheels must stay black as well. Your car is far to nice! I want
  7. If your going to do it at least do it in orange. Would look miles better IMO
  8. Right guys i'm in need of the following for the stock IC preferably with the rubber bungs to. I need one of these Also could use the stock plastic air duct for the IC as well and if anyone has it the stock lower charge pipe which bolts to the lower valance on the front end. Cheers
  9. I have a TT thick core manual off my car in fairly good condition although a few fins on the back have been caught on the fan when I had the accident but nothing serious just needs a bit of a clean up.
  10. Oh no doubt those guys can move but in my past experience whenever I put on more bulk I found myself to be less agile and considerably slower. I just don't think my frale body could cope with excess size. To be honest I'm not into the whole '26" pythons' look as its just not me, I prefer my old athletic physique. At home I have a complete bench bar/exercise bench set complete with iron weights and dumb bells. The bench is multi purpose with additional add on's for leg exercises etc. I also have my chinning bar and body dip station and my own manual treadmill for when it rains at home. Naturally I have exercise mat for floor exercises although I am in need of a medicine ball and kettle bells. I also tend to do a bit of cycling as well.
  11. I cant say I have Wez and to be honest I've never even heard of it before Do share
  12. See this is the sort of thing I was looking at but was unsure which exercises I should really focus on. Previously I spent to much time doing isolated exercises rather than compound. It took a lot longer than expected to get into shape that way so im hoping shifting my focus onto a lot more compound techniques I should be able to speed things up a bit. Bare in mind I don't go the gym as I have a lot of the equipment at home and see the gym as waste to me. I just need a decent rotor to follow. Your probably right there Thomas . See like I said originally im not going for out and out size as this did nothing but slow me down last time. I need to keep my speed and agility but at the same time I just need to add a little extra lean muscle and get conditioning back on track. As for the diet no its not difficult to follow at all but I suspect it will need some improvements. I can post it up to see what you think if you want?
  13. Pretty sure if I'm to achieve my 'Beckham' physique again its going to take more than that
  14. These guys are pretty good for refurbed calipers although they are subject to a surcharge. http://www.brakeparts.co.uk/ There local to me and are very helpful. They can supply you with both J spec and Uk spec as well as lexus calipers.
  15. So there's a lot of focus on size in this thread but what about for someone who is after other goals rather than having arms bigger than there head Basically I want to get back in shape, put a bit of lean muscle on and regain my athleticism for football. At the minute I'm 66kg (yes I'm 10.4 stone) and I'm aiming to put on around 4-5 kg. Right now my conditioning and physique is not so good as I've slacked off a lot. My diet is pretty good, partly cause GEO whipped it up for me a while back , it probably needs some changes here and there but overall it worked for well before. Now I need some input on how best to go about it. See I'm thinking the best way is probably full body workouts focusing on compound movements rather than isolation mixed with some plyometric exercises but the question I have is which compound exercises would be best to achieve my goals? Thoughts? Idea's?
  16. Lets just say I carry the whip and wear the pants
