A bit of play is normal on stock turbos, in and out play is what you should be concerned about

Ive had a couple of Aristos in the past where the oil filter was relocated behind the bumper with a thermostatic plate, but seems like a lot of trouble and expense to me.

I was gong to go the ISF box route a few years ago, with a single turbo it would make a very fast car -
Smoke on hot idle sounds like turbo oil seals, you'd have thought if the engine was worn out it would smoke all the time

Other than a pit lane start maybe, or a time penalty, there really isnt a tougher penalty you could give than a back of the grid start that wouldnt upset a lot of people. Max lucked in bit even still he was in the top 10 before the rain. Its a hard penalty to work out

Well I'm sure they'd at least want to know one other tyres failed on the road. If it was new Id have hoped you'd get a replacement, as its of unknown age I doubt that would happen

Oh right haha, you didnt say that in the write up. Is the return big enough? Theres obviously some supply issue as you can hear it, so the in tank pump isnt filling the swirl pot fast enough or air cant get out of the swirl pot fast enough Id say -
