Id suggest you have another issue if it passed previously, dirty air filter, O2 sensor, ECU temp sensor, leaky exhaust gasket. The emissions limit for an import are very generous so its worth doing a bit of invest before throwing money at it

800whp is about 1000 actual hp, so worth bearing that in mind.

Depends what youre doing I suppose, if you're being a noisy, antisocial dick you attract attention, especially with no front plate. In my (very) limited experience with the police theyre fine if you treat them fine. Just guys doing a job. Driven and currently own cars with noisy exhausts and never been stopped

Same thing, run a quiet exhaust system for normal times, then open the valve to make noise

Theres also a lot to be said for obeying the law but, discussion for another day. I thought you were after a noisy valve, what are you after, a noise reducing valve?

No front plate, so basic, deserves the fine. Theres tons of valves out there, the problem will be trying to find a quality one

As above, its a dry drain as we call it in aviation, when stuff comes out of it, you have an issue. And as above, thats pretty dank, get it cleaned off and see where your leak is!
