    I have an MVP kit and it bolted straight on. No messing at all. The only part I had to fettle was the rear bumper. It was just a case of making the mounting holes on the car body oval and it slid straight in.

    Don't bother with it. Leave it where it is. If your oil pump is worn you'll lose some pressure with the extra volume of pipework. Or if you must do it, keep the lines. As short as posdible.

    The only water outlet on the exhaust side direct from the block is the coolant drain. It's just a bolt that you undo to remove the engine coolant. As David says, the copper coloured pipe that runs from the back of the water pump housing to the rear of the engine, that outlet goes to the heater matrix.

    Not likely, I've had complications with this mk3. Almost finished now though. I've had to put Ross Mc off until after Xmas now so Bossco is in after him.

    I cut the foam and mounted the amps inside. It just looked terrible.

    I've taken it apart and fitted amps inside the foam but turned out to be a shit idea if I'm honest.

    The thermostatic sandwich plates don't come with npt ports. Just fit 2 plates 1 on top of the other.

    A lot of the side to dude movement gets taken up when it's filled oil.

    Depends on the direction of play. It's the in/out play to be concerned about. Hold the centre shaft and pull it and see how much play there is there. You don't want anymore than a couple of mm each way, I have thought.

    Well I keep missing them cos I'm always taking apart and putting back together everybody's cars.

    Yeah, I wouldn't have bought it if it was engraved, or at worse, I could have just had it milled off at work. Nah, I'm done with big projects. I'd rather spend the time with the family.

    Had this little beauty dropped off yesterday. Really can't wait to fit it. I wanted 1 of these for ages but never managed to fine 1, or when I did I was always sold by the time I got in touch.
