Hi Abs, mine has a spot welded nut on the inside of the bung, but I also use a good spring washer, this stops the bolt from working loose, as for lining it up, I have filed a nice shiney spot around where the hole is (on the bung) and I seem to have no problem seeing this as I near the hole (in the exhaust), yours does sound like it's too tight a fit, it should be a good fit but not that tight. Have you checked the roundness of it? if its slightly oval it won't fit well, other then that, a real good sanding may work. I have just reread that, and its all wrong in all sorts of ways.

Merry Christmas and a better new year to everyone, I don't think its been the best of years for a lot of people, so I hope things improve in the new year and we all have some good meets, and our cars go from strength to strength, with all our families and friends enjoying a more prosperous and healthy 2012. Big fan of the first two Alien films and this has all the right ingredients to be a great film, I just hope they don't make it too nicey, to capture all the market, it would be good if it had some of the first movies suspense as well as action. No body has mentioned "Battleship" yet, the trailer looks ok, but that may be the sum total of the good bits, and it may just be another " how the Americans saved the world again" film, hope not.

Dragonball probably has to be my number 1, closely followed by lui's convoy down to Japfest, they are always good, I think taking over the M4 with 60 + Supras every time is great fun.
