Took my car for an MOT this morning and all went well. Was coming home in it tonight and it started missing and hesitating. Seemed odd, pulled over and decided to limp home. Tried the wipers and window and it was just going really really slowly so turned the lights off and kept going. It got worse and worse, I then turned my lights on and it turned the boost controller off. Turned lights on and it came back on. Got to my road and she was almost dead 5-10mph. Got into my driveway, came to a halt to put in in reverse and It died and wouldn't start (click click click). Sound like alternator?

Does it sound like its miss firing? I would suggest always start with the simple things, check nothing has come loose and then swap the plugs for a cheap set. No warning lights? Seems odd that 10 miles after filling up, def not put the wrong fuel in? Check your receipt

Best in the dry without going to R888 but not very good in the wet! Edit: just seen marty's post. Maybe just me but I have always struggled with tyres in the wet as when I ran the auto diff (manual car) and a small turbo at 600bhp the kick when boost came on meant I used to lose grip in 5th gear in the wet. I would recommend them though, I used them for years

I have just renewed (not with lynbrook) at £600!!! It's so bloody expensive for a car that is used for prob 1000 miles a year. (3k road use limit on the policy). 26 (27this month) and single uk manual. Why does no one want to insure kids in fast cars these days!!!

Need to be over 30 for Lynnbrook to be competitive.
