JAE 2014 - interest thread! Please Read Carefully!

Hi All,

So, I've got the go ahead to organise JAE again this year. Everyone always has a fantastic time, so I'm hopeful that as many of you as possible can make it! To summarise:

JAE this year is being held 4th-7th September at Wicksteed Park in Northamptonshire (http://www.japcarclub.com/). For the regulars, you know what this is all about. For those that are new, what could be better than this:

For the purposes of what we’re trying to do here, I’d appreciate it if we could have an idea of if it’s definite that you want to attend. Club attendance isn’t yet definite; to get this organised at this short notice, it’s really going to mean getting our skates on (including getting payments once costs have actually been worked out) but mostly given what the club will be contributing it wouldn’t be right to do something unless we hit a decent number of attendees.

I don't have a full idea of costs yet, but judging on last year, we're looking at about £75 per head. This will cover show entry, and all of your food and drink for the event (however note that the Thursday night will not be a club funded drinking night unless we get a really good attendance). If this figure puts you off, please shout now (although given the hospitality you'll receive for this, it really is a snip IMO!)
