i hope thats not me cos my cars still with Chris Wilson. He carnt find out what the problem is and says hes going to look at the small turbo tomorrow :( ouch

we are the only na's going?? hmmm dont i feel inferior! i have a big crack in my front lip courtest of a kirb at ASDA car park :angry: and really wanted to get it sorted b4 the 12th but dont get paid to the 15th!!!!!!

 

dont want u all 2 see my car for the 1st time in a poorly way!!

 

Hope you make it mate, dont worry about the crack!

i know your problem matt... its your turbos... now a good car like a na doesnt suffer from that problem lol :run:

I thought both turbos were the same size :confused:

 

I hope it's nothing terminal, but I didn't like the amount of oil you seemed to be venting at the plenum, looked to my untrained eye like a turbo problem. It is worrying however that Chris hasn't identified the problem yet :(

I should be there this month. Must remember to take the Supe to work on Monday, not the bike (lol).

 

New mods since last time - Carl0s' RS*R GT2 'zorst (with baffle) & a Carbin strut brace. (and more dirt)

..which reminds me of something I've been meaning to look into. The new-ish BMW 535d twin-turbo diesel. Customer of mine was telling me how great it is with one small turbo for low end and a big one for big power. I explained that it was probably two small turbos due to them needing to flow the same.

 

But today I read the 'one small and one big' thing in Auto Express. Anybody know for sure?

Sorry guys, it's looking like I won't be coming tomorrow. I've torn a ligament in my right ankle so no driving for me :thumbdown:. I'll be off work as well so would be really bad form to be out enjoying myself and not able to go to work. I'm absolutley gutted as I've been looking forward to this all week. :cry:
