Ok everyone, cards on the table time.

 

If you are intending on attending the event then I really need you to commit to this now or very soon, as I have to commit to the hotel very soon on room numbers and catering options and numbers. A lot of effort has gone into this event securing a venue and good value day for you all, so please, make my life a lot easier, and that I've not wasted a lot of time and effort, and please book your ticket so I can have more confidence and less worry in committing club monies to the event for the weekend that's been planned for you all.

 

You can pay the full amount, or a 50% deposit, whatever option is easiest for you.

 

Hope to see you all there :)

60+ people attending = Sandwiches on arrival with tea/coffee, Hog Roast in the afternoon, Bacon Roll & Chips in the evening, Digital Scalextric and DJ in the evening

 

I'd like loads more to be honest, but all events are down on attendance this year already.

 

Does this mean that somewhere out there is a Hog running around nice and safe?

At the moment yes, we only have around 30 people booked up so far, so a long way to go yet :/

Burna, when is the cut off regarding if we have enough people to confirm that it's going ahead?

 

Missus wants to book some spa stuff but we don't want to pay if it all get cancelled!

 

It is DEFINITELY going ahead! I just need people to book as soon as they can so I can choose food options with the hotel, we are hoping to get enough people so we can have the hog roast, that's all. The event is going ahead regardless as the entertainment is booked along with rooms for whoever buys a ticket :)

Yet more bookings when I checked the shop this morning! :thumbs:

 

Got a good little number of people booked now, and a great group looking at the list. I have a feeling it's going to work well the smaller number of people going this year, Dragonball certainly worked better with a smaller group :)
