As Chris says just waiting on the result of the referendum :p almost there, had some traction issues and was waiting on tyres to be shipped and decided to have the Os giken 1.5 lsd fitted. At the final testing stage and ready for dyno. Sure Paul will be along with any further updates :)

What's your first impression on the DCT? Is it working perfectly?

First impressions are :D how best to describe it....E46 Bmw M3 with SMG (only comparing to this because i have owned one) but way better and faster, predictable gear changes, throttle blips on down shift, i have to admit i was a little tentative when i first picked it up but after 40 or so miles it just feels right, lots of different settings available with DriveLogic and Syvecs settings. It's early days yet and this is being used as a daily driver so plenty of town and motorway driving coming up :)

Absolutely no offence meant, but what was the idea behind going for the DCT conversion if you were only achieving >600 whp? I know the cost of this conversion is astronomical so it just leaves me wondering why the expense for such power goals, instead of say sticking with stock auto (up to the point where it is on the limit allbeit) or going for a built auto such as an SRD or Boostlogic type setup which could both handle that type of power/torque?

Because gearing is just as important as power handling capacity, would be my guess.

Correct, also the end goal is to have a built engine. Getting used to the new power and setup and then i will look at getting the engine built and a bigger turbo, most supporting mods are in place now and the gearbox with the uprated clutches should be more than capable.

Fair enough, as said, genuinely interested! Looks like a great car!
