I have the same sticker :-) what discs are those ?

Project MU SCR PRO , they use to be the Project MU horrible mint green but the anodise faded over time so I got them anodised Gold, similar to the SCR GT versions

I think it is probably about as good as it gets with OEM calipers, they are not too $$$

http://www.project-mu.co.jp/en/products/rotor_scrpro.html

They are on Sale at the moment , 342 gbp

Thanks dude I think I'd rather not go for the split disc. Would you say a grooved disc be good

I had porterfields in mine. Despite a "specialist" fitting the grooved discs in the wrong direction, the Porterfields were crap! Even those Pagid ones I had in the back that caught fire did a better job at stopping.

I'll be fitting Chris Wilsons myself very shortly. Brakes will only squeal if the face of the pad is shiny, so make sure you take it easy on the brakes for a couple of hundred miles to let them bed in and they should be fine.

What compound porterfields did you run? Ive run these in my previous track car and the new one and they are awesome pads.

So I won some stock 17s today on eBay.

And now I'm undecided on what size Tyres to put on.

Fronts have a 235-45-17 on an 8j and rears are 255-40-18 on an 9and a half j wheel.

I was thinking of going up a size on the front and maybe a 275 on the rear?

What do you lot think

Thank

Lee

I'd go to a max of 265 on a 9.5j Lee

I keep thinking of going back to stock wheels, wish I hadn't of sold mine!

i like a bit protection for the wheel and what do you think for the front tyre

We run a 285 on a 9.5J rim, pushing it to the absolute limit! :D

wider the better for me :-)
