well its been a manic few weeks here, so i've not had the time to post pics up.

so here we go. Lee dropped the car off a couple of weeks ago.

The car is certainly a very nice one, but it had the usual front end stone chips, the bumper had gone out of shape around the lights and the carbon lip had a few cracks in it.

the trial rear was all over the show(like most are) so it was requested to sort that out too.

then the doors, mirrors and handles were to get a fresh coat of paint too.

1st off i had to shoot over to robs to do a bonnet swap,as james had gone with the daw luck bonnet,

this was the 1st of the pics we took, we got stuck in and forgot to get pics before we had started

we cooked the bonnet a few times before we started preping, just to make sure it would be ok with heat in the panel, then we blocked the primer

and put a few more coats on

we also repaired a few dents in the passenger door and prepped the front wings for primer

deseamed the mirrors

the bumper is now debadged, number plates holes smoothed, and the mouth and side pods are cut back as to match what had been done the the previous bumper

the last piece to sort out was that with (like most fibre glass) bonnets, there's no washer jet holes!

image

now you got to have washers for the mot, so we did some research and can now supply these to clip onto the wiper blades

and a vid of them in action

:D

sorry its been a bit of a short write up,im just so busy at the minute

Fantastic work as always Simon. Love what you've done with the front end and number plate location.

Also love the Daw Luck bonnet, very tempted by one of these.

Really need to get some paint done on my car soon. :sly:

thanks steve, we are here ready when you are :)
