ripped_fear Posted November 19, 2014 Author Share Posted November 19, 2014 (edited) Well the NEC Classic Car show has been and gone now, was an awesome show. Has to be the best one i have even attended, and to have the car selected to represent the NA supra on the club stand was an honor. The car along with the other 5 got so much attention and i was surprised that people didn't dismiss the car even though she is natural Aspirated. Well after the show as with all shows and meets i decided on the next stages of work. The battery terminal covers have gone to be smoothed and painted and the oem wing is off to get a new lick of 199. I have also just purchased a new scuttle pannel which will be going gloss black to match the bay. The interior parts are pilling now and im only missing a few bits then that can be re trimmed. Im going black leather and red stitching however i may go a dull red on the centre of the door cards after seeing ibrars interior. this will be decided latter. I also bought myself some of the most expensive jubilee clips i have seen at the show, but they are lovely. They will be fitted when i next get time to tinker. However i have had a scuttle pannel delivered, in need of a good clean and some love, but no cracks and nice and straight so its off to paint on saturday. I now need to changed the negative battery terminal as I broke the old one. And have just bought new boot foam, suspension turret plates (So i can decide if i want to loose the brace), and a battery case. The case will be going gloss black and the suspension plates 199.
