StuartW Posted September 14, 2011 Author Share Posted September 14, 2011 Ok well epicness everywhere!! We competed in The Euro Nationals in Street Eliminator trim. We ran a new PB 8.58 on Road Legal radials and then straight out for our 30 mile cruise! This weekend is Japshow Finale where we can run the slicks again, Our PB on the road radials before the PB last time was 8.63 so it proves we now have a better tune/set up, on the slicks was 8.54 with the old power levels.., Our Chassis is Tagged to 8.5!! if i get an 8.49 or lower i could be disqualified from the event and loose the championship! StuartW Posted September 14, 2011 Author Share Posted September 14, 2011 Just thought i would throw this one out there, I have several options for next season and either way i would seriously consider selling the Blue Car to make was for something faster...Supra based of course What would be up for offer is the Rolling Chassis excluding engine and gearbox If anyone reading this has any interest please feel free to contact me, This car could run a manual 6 speed or any other gearbox, it could have a Lexus V8 or Big block Chevy fitted. i would detail the finer points in more detail as this is just a feeler but i am 100% sure i want to sell to make way/funds for something more serious! The car would keep its wheels/suspension/lightweight panels, Rear clip, Axle casing (Possibly with a spool diff and gear fitted) I could offer the car as totally ready to race excluding engine and box. Or break her for spares This Half Back Chassis is now proven to be the quickest uni body Supra in Europe and possibly the world, CRD supra record was 8.64 and we have now done a 8.58 with road tyres..no race fuel and FULLY road legal! The Base vehicle is a 1994 UK spec TT Auto the full spec list is as long as this project thread so if you are interested please FULLY read this thread before firing any questions as i feel the thread would 98% explain in great detail all the spec, blood, sweat, tears and damright expense to achieve this A Labour of love up for sale at a fraction of the price to build and supply etc...
