  1. Agreed their cheap but if you go to teflon coated all singing and dancing your probably into £50 each if not more. For road use i personally wouldn't bother and fit o/e drop links which will probably last longer than even the much more expensive rod ends.
  2. Have a look here, these are pretty close to being the cheapest in the country but you have to add fitting cost http://www.camskill.co.uk
  3. Whats you tyre budget is the first question ? in 255 40 18 Pirelli P Zero's are £250 each or you can have Avon ZZ3's for £135 each
  4. I've never had a problem but see where your coming from.
  5. I'd do a google search for Titanium fastners. The problem you have is wanting such small quantities and this is where Pro-Bolt come in but you pay for it Didn't one of the traders put a few kits together a while ago ? I'm sure they were cheaper but still not cheap if you know what i mean

  7. Demon Tweeks Search drop links on http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk Whiteline universal are £104 You could easily make your own but the spherical joints for something decent are going to be around £20 each
  8. Be cheeky and ask for as much discount as you can get, you can get up 25% on certain parts but it does depend on how nice your local dealer is and how cheeky you are
  9. I would call your local Toyota dealership, i get genuine o/e brake pads and discs cheaper than in the dcperformance links youv'e added. Take a better photo of the front & rear calipers from further back and it'll be easy to tell what you have, my money is on j spec 2 piston fronts and j spec single piston rears
  10. Hardly surprising, if they can find a way to bump up your premium they will
  11. I think you should lose the pin stripes on the roof, trying to make it appear to be an aerotop is very unkool. Not having a go just voicing an opinion
  12. Sounds like you might need a complete new hub, these take some serious pressure to get out sometimes using a proper press

    coilovers

Old HKS will be phased out and possibly not viable to get parts or rebuild them so not worth buying in my opinon, same goes for the Teins. A new set of Bilsteins with matched lowering springs is the way to go but then you have to spend around £700 ish but they will stand the test of time unlike a lot of aftermarket kits.
  14. Just letting you know and yes there the same other wise
  15. From my last conversation with Toyota i was told as far as the tt is concerned you can only get O/E rads with the autobox cooler now
  16. How long did your uprated Fluidyne last ? I best keep stum having recently discussed this very subject
  17. Whatever you decided to get check what rad cap it comes with as a few after market ones seem to have higher pressure rad caps which you don't really want. Not sure if the O/E Toyota cap fits these rads either
  18. Headlights out is 5 mins work and makes getting at the 2 nuts on the side fixings much easier

That's a pretty easy fix though and its nice and obvious, its all the stuff you can't see you have to think about and will cost shed loads more to put right I really wouldn't buy one of these cars now no matter where its from without a thorough inspection including it going on a ramp

Being picky like i am and just pointing it out but its not a HKS induction kit, its Apexi and the filter looks very old to me. Also it looks like the hand brake hasn't been adjusted in quite a while and needs adjusting or is in need of new shoes. You can have my UK spec for similar money its in the classified section
  23. CV Joint on the drive shaft
  24. First i'd check all the wheel nuts are done up, approx 80 ft lbs each nut
