  1. RobAce had a boost issue very similar to this recently. His turned out to be an intercooler hose that looked like it was on, but was actually just resting on the pipe. - His boost controller made no difference either. Good luck James.
  2. I much prefer a decent title. I don't like threads that start "What if..." or "Does any one know where I can get..."
  3. I'm slightly more than BPU, and they work fine for me at around 500+bhp and quite a few others use them too... Trust me I'm not keen on iridiums at all.
  4. The plugs are nice cheap basic ones. They'll be fine in your car. I've used them in mine several times.
  5. I've voted for some Northerner called Michael with a black Supra...
  6. There are plenty of owners here in Kent. I'm sure someone would be more than happy to take you for a spin. Theres a meet in Ashford tonight if you fancy coming along. Sure there will be plenty of options there for you to look at and chat to the owners
  7. Yes. If they're connected to the correct wires...
  8. Duff injectors? Unusual to have two go at once though...
  9. That's nothing too serious. Dont worry about it. Congratulations on admitting it was your fault too.
  10. Does your ABS light work? - If so, a faulty sensor would show up as a fault code.
  11. Duff MAP sensor would also result in poor/incorrect AFR readings. Going by Gareths first post, the AFR's seem correct. Just buy a new set of NGK BKR7E. Should cost you less than £20, and then you'll pretty much know they're OK.
  12. Put your head on the accelerator pedal and look towards under the dash towards the a pillar.
  13. I would expect a faulty MAF sensor would give spurious AFR results. But, as it's a JDM car, it doesn't have a MAF sensor anyway. I'd check the plugs before you get too worried. Maybe the hard run knocked them out and they just carried on deterorating as you drove home.
  14. Not unless it had a trailer underneath it..... ...Again!
  15. Ahh, thats because yours has obviously been de-catted!
  16. This is a picture when our cat had kittens. This was about 2 years ago now.
  17. The mk1 Celica Supra is a late 70's car, the mk2 was again, a Celica Supra released around 1983. The mk3 was the first Supra by it's own name, and we now have the mk4. Mk5 is still in 'consideration'.
  18. Are you sure Not sad at all mate. I don't use mine very often, but I know it's there to use. When it's not working, I miss it!
  19. No we're not. We're really aggressive! I'll be there, providing I get out of work on time. I've just met a new Supra owner that lives around the corner from me. I've given him all the details, so hopefully he'll be there too. His names Richard and he drives a silver Supra with a Bomex kit.
  20. Just export the map from the laptop to the main unit, and that will clear anything that's already stored. Damn... Too late. Shame it didn't work...
  21. Throttle type should be 'normal' It tells the EM if the throttle voltage increases or decreases when applied. Assuming you have the map Ian did for you, try resetting/initialising the EM unit via laptop, and re-loading the original map back into it. - Start the car, but don't connect the E-01 until you know if it's working properly or not. If the E-01 has had a funny turn, the data in the EM gets corrupted, but all the numbers in the cells stay the same, so it looks like its all OK.
