Well mum, sis and step dad stuck in tenerife since last friday now. they were originally with RyanAir but cancelled for refund when first flight was cancelled to book with Thomas cook for today!!! this is now looking like being cancelled and whats worse is now Ryan air will fly people to mainland Spain instead....but they have already cancelled with Ryanair So they will be at the back of a 5 day back log. They were originally flying to Bmth but the thomas cook one is to Cardiff, if it flies today

Its easy my single vote has very little effect by itself unfortunatly. If it was a case of all votes were counted and then added together one with most won then i'd vote for who i wanted. I live in an area which is lib dem, but Conservatives are just behind. The lib dem leaflet even said you only have a choice of lib dem or tory, a vote on labour is a waste As theres a chance of a swing here and more importantly another seat in parliment for conservative then thats what ill do. Also I dont agree with Lib Dem's on some of their polices like joining the Euro but I did think the Nick Clegg made the party look fresh and who were very realistic about the money challenges.

yea that annoyed me...I want to thank you for your service to the country... They want to do that job (Army / Nurse etc...) or they cant get another and do it because it was a job. What about thanks for my job, were all just important if we all stopped working then the government wouldnt be able to employ them as they'd have no taxes. I though Lib dems came offf best, ill still be voting Conservative as i want anyone in but Labour.

I use reflex protein, cheap enough and taste is good. Think i got two 5lb tubs for £52 I dont want to bulk up but just tone up a bit with loss of fat. Ive been going to the gym for about year and bit now. Im 12lb lighter but for sure lost a fair bit chubb on me and muscle weighs more (im 6ft 2 and weigh just over 13stone). Still not low enough in belly area though. It is all about your diet for sure and mine is shocking I reckon if i sorted that out id look very toned, not built just toned. Once at Gym i started doing resitance machines and some basic free weights, i became broader very quickly. I now go 4-5 times a week and do cardio 2 days 15km cycle and 2000metre row and then do weights other days but sill start with 5km cycle and 1000metre row to warm muscles up.

I think you have no chance as well (it flight is before 1pm - it will already be cancelled as all airspace has been closed to then.) Do the bucket seats have a lot of holes to connect runners on to and do the runners screw into the base? When they say you can get runners to fit a saxo, supra etc... how do they make / allow the different size runners to fix to the chair?

I took mine off when I got my first supra; Heat the corner with a hair dryer or heat gun and continue to heat down as you pull it off. It will leave some sticky stuff behind (not much if you heat it enough) then I used acetone to take the remainder off, it makes the left off glue go into balls and it just rolls off the window. Obviously some elbow grease required!

Me and my mates have lads holiday but we didnt want (sorry hate to say it) 18yr old northern pikeys doing our heads in ( I know not all pikeys im just generalising) So we mix commercial and non comercial to the english. For instance we went to crete but not malia thats full of english who are about 18, we went to herrasionas (wrong spelling), just up from malia. They were swedenish, danish, finish, polish and when we went (2yrs ago) more women...plenty of bars and some clubs. Malia was a 5min taxi ride away. Very few english people which meant the women liked to meet a british man last year we went bit daring and went to greek party island called IOS... this place was full of Australians, canadians. This place is more Bars and clubs in very tight small area, not big and commercial like magaluf is but still plenty too do, some english there but not many and very relaxed atmosphere didnt see one bit of trouble. Its more what are you after, full size commercial clubs or happy with those small clubs and bars you see on holiday that are rammed. Search youtube for other peoples holidays of these places.
