  1. Yep, Shared property with bro / dad. All put in same equal deposit in beginning 33% and all paid same amount in to account every month (even though being rented) we simply; had a re value of the house by 3 independant people; found out how much to pay off the remainder of the mortage. House value (minus) mortgage pay off cost. whatever was left split 3 ways and the leaving party was to be paid this fully either remortgage (if need too) or cash. As the leaving party he did pay 50% costs of fees as eventually we would need to pay the fees again when its sold which he understood. Went through quick and easy and no problems between any of us. We didnt change the mortgage or anything, was the fairest way to do it and no bad blood!
  2. Without his spikey hair, he looks so much like you!!! Im not saying thats a good or bad thing
  3. yea, nuts really. I wonder if they can make it to the end by not racing too hard!
  4. thats already covered I brought up that conversation straight away! It me nice to cut off a £2k bill so fingers crossed, from reading up ill have to ask the solicitors but im surprised more people aren't in this situation.
  5. Well its expected to be announced, first time buyers will not have to pay stamp duty up to £250,000 So I have a question; Currently buying a place wit the Gf, she is a first time buyer. I have a house which I bought with bro and dad as a buy to let. If we both go on a mortgage together, is she going to be able to benefit from the no stamp duty??
  6. Jersey or Guernsey. Will be warm enough thats its nice but not too hot and all the english things women love..... Like Next, Topshop...those types of things
  7. I dont think that would work as breaking distances are so short anyway and the racing line will always be cleaner. they cant get close enough to the back of the cars coming out of the corners so longer lasting tyres (harder) would make no difference to that as its still take long time to crawl up to the back of the car for the slipstream ready for the next corner, as it takes half the straight to gain to the back of the car at moment. what we need are tyres that change over the laps and change dramatically. That way drivers make errors coming out of corners with small slides or wheel spin and the car behind can get closer. This way cars are closer coming out of the corner and level coming into the corner, meaning braking isnt as important or daring as before. Also early on people can overtake who think they can look after their tyres better then when they wear down the others who have looked after theirs better will be able to re overtake. The key is the tyres are too good at their job, its better to have a lot of grip that goes away alot so the cars slide, so the tyres need to be even softer. Thats good for us, not the teams or tyre manufacturer And who will produce a tyre that is crap....no one
  8. Matt you seemed to of missed the police were informed of the accident

  13. very clever list of select countrys! As i know we arent the highest I thought it was somewhere like Denmark or something
  14. You summed it up perfectly. A faster car qualifys top and we put them at the front. If their car deteriates in balance with full fuel, all will to different variying levels but never enough to make a massive battle of cars on our hands. Imagine.... Watching Alonso, Hamilton,Schumacher, Button, Massa come through the field whilst battling each other. You'd see button nip past barrichelo with alonso trying a cheeky one too, potentially being 3 cars abreast down the straights where barrichello had held up button so alonso was close on his rear wing as they came on to the main straight.
  15. I reckon... Points for qualifying... reverse the Grid for race. Same points for both sessions. So there is a greater reward for trying to be fast on the 1 lap as its 1 lap for 25 points, meaning faster cars will be at the back for the race. Then in the race no one has anything to lose by pushing to the front. Guaranteed overtaking and the fastest get the highest rewards. first 20 odd laps be manic! Sort of like BTCC 3rd race of the day...no rules lol Drivers would probably say its dangerous or something to have slower cars in front!
  16. One of the most boring races Ive ever watched
