My mechanic is changing my cam belt (kit) water pump (I have the tensioner too) bottom pulley and aux belt tomorrow is there any other items/jobs I should be doing whilst doing these? I have the oem bottom pulley tool for the pulley!

This car will need a huge investment to get anywhere near the condition of the silver car in the auction so cannot really be compared as the value will be significantly less. Has it been stored outside all its life? The drivers seat us extremely worn for the mileage stated? On the plus side one owner U.K. tt6 but the condition is key.

I am not sure as all the clips are there on the bonnet insulation and seal!

I have stripped the front bumper, headlights radiators etc from my car and these 2 clips appeared in the floor and I have no idea where them came from but 110% near the radiator cowl or that area! Any help is greatly appreciated and any pictures with them in place please Also if anyone has the part numbers that would be amazing as one is broken.

No but I sold my new one I had as a spare (I have 2 mkiv’s) a few weeks ago to a another forum member then realised after these are currently unavailable

16” oem alloys will they fit over rear U.K. brakes?

As title would any one have a mph facelift speedo and a manual Rev count face (possibly after changing to TRD faces?) or are they available as aftermarket items either TRD or oem style?

After a long search I have bought a set of facelift tt auto/tiptronic speedo clusters but wanted a tt6 one so the plan is to swap the Rev count face (I am pretty sure this is common?) I know the preface lift are available but what about the facelift versions and where or who would I buy them off? either a TRD or just a plain oem one is great or if anyone has a used Rev count face

Just wondering as my car is going in for paint and want to fit some non refurbished wheels I have 2 spare space savers to go over the front U.K. brakes but will a pair of 16” oem alloys fit over the rears? it’s just so it can be moved around the car will be trailered to and from the paint shop.

I was unaware you can possibly get speakers refurbished! Are these still available new from toyota or are these a standard fit in other models?

The mkv is a Great drive, I drove one at the test drive days at Thruxton when Toyota GB borrowed my car for display. As Chris Harris on top gear said if it bothers you about it being a BMW don’t buy one! They apparently drive much better than the z4’s too!

I always say view the car with an open mind where ever the car is or seller you never know it could be a good one! I traveled up and down the country when looking for a mk3 turbo 24 years ago to look at these ‘mint’ cars often not even getting out at the other end as they were dog rough from a distance
